Je Ne Sens Rien (I Cant Smell Anything)

Prongs felt much better today he didn't sneeze once this morning while getting ready but there was one problem... he still couldn't smell anything. How in the world am I going to smell the amortantia? He thought to himself. He tried everything, trying to smell coffee beans, eucalyptus, or even dirty clothes. Nothing. He groaned realizing he would have to wait longer to smell his true love. He didn't want to wait. He decided he would still try and make it and just be oblivious to the smell he would ask the professor if he could keep some until he could smell again to sniff it. He got his robes on and went to breakfast.

Buzz was so happy today, she was excited to try her new perfume Prongs got her, the makeup palette, she never wore makeup or knew how to do it so she asked Lily to do it since she got up the earliest, the same time as Buzz. Buzz asked lily to surprise her with the colors and Lily chose a yellow and pink look, it was really bold which made Buzz nervous but the girl reassured her. Buzz got her robes on and finally could spray herself with the perfume she sprayed her neck, chest, and wrists, she didn't want to waste any, besides it had a strong scent to it. She was also excited about the amortantia, Lily told her all about it while she did her makeup. Before she went to breakfast she went into the kitchen and asked the elves to get her some lemons and sugar for lemonade. While she was stirring in the sugar Prongs came into the kitchen. "You look cheery today, I like the bold look." He said in his morning voice smirking . "You don't look cheery at all and thank you." Prongs chuckled at the remark. "I would say you smell nice but I still can't smell anything." He said. "We'll I'm wearing the perfume you got me if you must know I threw out my old one as soon as I got it." Buzz smiled. She finished making her lemonade and left giving Prongs a kiss on the cheek she decided she would bring the glass back after breakfast as she walked into the great hall.

"Hey, um Zé?" Buzz heard someone behind her say, when she turned around she saw it was the girl she had threatened last week. She gasped and instantly hugged her. "It's okay" the girl whispered, no one could never stay mad at Buzz she was too lovable, being with Prongs and the others made her forget about her mom completely that made her happy and sad at the same time, she didn't want to forget her mom. Buzz finally let go of the girl. She saw behind the girl was Pandora one of her old friends she hasn't seen in a while. The other girl left and she decided to have lunch with Pandora today. "I've taken a notice to the way you look at Potter Zélie" she said in a call whisper, Pandora was one to always use Buzz's full name instead of Zé. "Me and Prongs?" Buzz asked "we're just friends" she finished "Friends don't look at each other like that... have you ever thought about liking him, he likes you back you know." Pandora stated. "I have...but I laughed at the thought-wait he likes me?" Pandora turns to her fully, "well I'm sure he does he is a lot happier since you guys have been hanging out. Especially since Lily broke up with him at the end of the year." She says. "Do you like him?" Pandora asks, "I don't-I don't know, I've never really liked someone before" buzz says embarrassed, even though Pandora would never judge anyone. "That's alright sometimes it's good not to feel that way early, it happens more often and leads to disaster" she says putting her hand on her shoulder. Buzz never felt uncomfortable with Pandora. Pandora always read social queues and was quite good at it too. "Well Reggie wanted me to sit with him today, I will talk to you later Zélie" she says. "Tell him I said hi" Buzz smiles before walking away to the boys table. "Well looks like the traitor missed us" Padfoot says sassily. "Nope Pandora just went to have breakfast with Regulus." Buzz smiles. Padfoot just glares at her.

After lunch it was finally time for potions, Prongs walked with Padfoot, he wished he could have class with Buzz but she was a Hufflepuff so she had it next class. Buzz had told her that she stands at the same desk as her while brewing, it was funny to him and sometimes he would leave little notes to her. The bell rang and classes began. "Okay everyone today we will be brewing the amortantia, Mr.Potter did Mr.Lupin catch you up on the lesson?" Slughorn asked. Prongs nodded to him. "Before everyone begins I know you all want to know what you smell since most of you won't be able to brew it so I have a cauldron of it and we go by seats, miss Evan's why don't you go first." Slughorn said. Lily walked up and smelled the potion closing it before anyone else could smell it. "Once you smell please name what you smell." The professor says. "I smell dirt, cheap perfume and um rain?" Lily says which was obviously Amos Diggory. "Mr. Black" Padfoot walked up and smelled the potion and closed it just like Lily had. "I smell chocolate, caramel, laundry, apple cinnamon, milk, honey, old parchment, and pine.." Padfoot says thats definitely moony. Prongs thought, but Prongs wasn't going to say anything as Padfoot hasn't came out yet. "Mr.Potter" "Oh um sir? I can't smell right now I've been sick for a few days I was wondering if I could just smell it tomorrow after class?" "Oh well I suppose that would be fine" "um Mr.Lupin" Moony walked up did the same as the others and said "I smell blackberries, leather, cigarettes, scones, and espresso." He said that had to be Padfoot, Prongs thought, Moony blushed and walked back to his seat, next after Wormtail  got called up and blushed profoundly he said, "mint, daisies  and rubbing alcohol markers?" Prongs had no idea who that was, he didn't think Wormtail had a soulmate he was too scared to ask girls he liked out, but he must've knew because he blushed even harder. After everyone smelt it we worked on the potion Severus finished it and left class early, probably to go read under his tree. Then Moony finished the potion and also left class early, told Prongs he was going to get chocolate, he did that when he needed to think. No one else finished the potion in the 38 minutes of class left.

Finally it potions class for Buzz and Pandora. They walked together in the hall to potions. "Miss d'Evreux has miss Evan's caught you up?" "Yes professor" "okay one at a time everyone is going to come up and sniff the potion since most of you won't finish the potion." Slughorn said. "Miss Petrova why don't you go first" Slughorn said. People laughed as Pandora went up, Buzz always felt bad for her. She whipped her head around and shushed the kids behind her. "Tell us what you smell" he said to her. "I smell bergamot, cedarwood, and eucalyptus." She said and walked away, that must have been Xenophilius, Buzz thought. "Mr.Lovegood" Xenophilius walked up and smelled the potion. "To me this smells like maple syrup, strawberries, and grass" he said and walked to his stand. That was obviously Pandora Buzz had thought to herself before another name got called. "Mr. Diggory" Amos walked up smelt the potion. "I smell coconut oil, the beach, vanilla ice cream tarts, burned lavender and rose incense, mint toothpaste, dew-dropped lilies, and dried petals." He said. That had to be Lily but how could someone smell so much Buzz thought before she heard her name get called."Miss d'Evreux" Buzz walked up with butterflies in her stomach. She was so nervous and excited. She smelt the potion and smelt a confusing scent before she announced it to the class. "I smell broomstick polish, eucalyptus, red licorice, pineapple, coconut, ink, and butterbeer."  She said, that was a lot of things, she took her seat and while she thought about it, it hit her. She smelt James fucking Potter.

a/n I know this is a little longer then normal but I got bored and online I found the scents to the marauders on Reddit but the creator wanted to be left anonymous.
Also I know I said no wolf star but that's only because I didn't want there to be two stories at once I love wolf star but I think this is all I'll be putting:)
