Aphmau's POV

The homeroom teacher took us to the gym. When the gym hall doors opened, a massive beautifully decorated area was seen. All Seniors welcomed us in with a loud cheer saying 'WELCOME TO PHEONIX DROP HIGH'. It was so loud that Kawaii-Chan covered her ears. All the students were scattered around the hall. What can I say? There were food stalls, a big dj. Hosts preparing themselves. And seniors meeting the freshmens. Me, Vylad, Travis and Kawaii-Chan were just standing at the doorway. Kawaii-Chan looked so excited but nervous. Vylad was busy looking around, his head turning here and there. And Travis got so scared that he hid behind Vylad. I was so excited!

Travis:- uhhh Its way bigger than I imagined *scared*
Vylad:- yeahhhh anyone could get lost in here so easily....
Aphmau:- oh come on guys, don't think too much about all these things. Learn to have some fun.
Kawaii-Chan:- Yeahhh Aphmau-Chan is absolutely right! Kawaii Chan loves the dessert area, Kawaii-Chan is going there bye *runs off cutely*
Aphmau:- Hmmm lets see, oh there is a drinks sections, Maybe I'll just go there. *turns towards Vylad and Travis* Guys If yall need me I'll be there at the drinks section ,ok bye.
Vylad:- yeah ok bye, hmmm then I am going to the activity area.*walks away*
Travis:- Aaahh wait Take me with you!!!!*runs to Vylad*

I had reached the drinks section and it was so crowded. I didn't want to stand in that line, my legs might pain so I just sat at the corner beside the drinks stall where some chairs were kept for the people who were waiting.

Aphmau:- I hope this line gets over quick, *sigh*
???:- Aphmau???

Hearing a deep raspy voice I turned my head to see someone familiar.......It was Garroth, the older brother of Zane and Vylad. For a moment I got confused about him being here at this party but then it hit me...he is a senior duh obviously he would be there too. I stood up for a moment as he approached me, he was checking me out....his diamond like eyes going up and down every single second. What is he doing???

Aphmau:- Uhhhh hello Garroth? What are you doing???
Garroth:- huh? Umm what?
Aphmau:- Are you checking me out?
Garroth:- huh? No no no no no.Please don't get the wrong idea but this is my first time seeing you in our school uniform.
Aphmau:- Uh so you are trying to say that you have never seen a girl in this type of uniform before?
Garroth:- No, what I mean is that the uniform suits you very well. You look adorable in it
Aphmau:- Aww Thanks Garroth!

Garroth's POV

What is happening to me??? Why is my heart beating so fast........I have never had this feeling before. I feel so so happy to see her and I don't know why. Am I crushing on her? What no no no way, that's definetly not possible.

Aphmau:- Sooooooo....umm it's been so long since the last time I had seen you. When was that again?
Garroth:- I think when you were in middle school....and I was a freshmen in Pheonix drop high.
Aphmau:- oh yea, I remember now!, Gosh you were so busy that you would never even dare to come out of your room, lol. And half of the time you would always be out! Like what was so important at those times that you were unavailable all the time.
Garroth:- oh it's nothing like that, that time I was working hard to be part of the baseball team and due to that I was not able to cope up with my studies so after baseball session I would have to come home and then sit for studies.
Aphmau:- Oh I see, because of that I always had to come to your house every day since You never played soccer with Vylad and you know Zane, he is never interested in socializing so Vylad always got so bored and I had to ply soccer with him. *giggles*
Garroth :- heh yea I had no time at all for my baby brothers but now you know......I'm totally free so you can visit me too ANYTIME!
Aphmau:- oooo well that's cool! I will for sure. *smiles*
Garroth:- *mumbles* cute.
Aphmau:- huh? What did you say?
Garroth:- oh nothing nothing.
Vylad:- *approaches* Hey Aphmau! We are back.
Travis:- *runs in* h-hey! *catches breath* s-s-s-slow d-down m-man! *sighs* oh god I'm so tired of running around.
Aphmau:- Woah are you ok? *goes to Travis who was sitting and trying to relax*

I swear, Aphmau has changed alot she looks different. I mean I haven't seen her or talked to her for a year, now that I'm able to talk to her. Hmm even thou her face has changed, personality remains the same, just like my old aphmau still childish. I was busy admiring her when she approached me, behind her were two guys....wait One of them was Vylad? And the other one hmm never seen him before, maybe a freshman. As They all stood right infront of me, Aphmau was still busy with The new guy. Vylad looked at me confused, and the new guy hid behind Aphmau and Vylad.

Vylad:- Garroth??? Um what are you doin here?
Garroth:- Oh, I was just talking to Aphmau.
Vylad:- I thought you said "iM bUsy toMoRRow fOr tHE pARty sO i wOnT bE fRee, bAbY bROthEr" *imitates Garroth's voice*
Garroth:- Uhhhh ofcourse I'm not free, I'm very busy, I just wanted to say hi to Aphmau.
Aphmau:- *giggles* What are you saying Garroth, we literally chatted for 15 minutes straight.
Vylad:- Yeah.......ok I see it now *gives a side eye*
Garroth:- Hahaha, I see you both made a new friend. *tries to change the topic*
Aphmau:- Oh yea, this is Travis! He is in our class.
Travis:- H-hi *awkward grin*
Aphmau:- Travis, this is Garroth, my childhood friend and Vylad's older brother.

Aww...well I want to be more than friends,heh no wait, what am I doin?!?! SNAP OUT OF IT GARROTH!

Garroth:- *clears throat* Hello there Travis, It's nice to meet you. I hope you become good friends with Aphmau and my baby brother. *extends hand for a handshake*
Travis:- Its nice to meet you too V-Vylad's brother. *accepts handshake*
Aphmau:- So how have you been Garroth, I mean like how are your studies going and baseball?
Garroth:- Oh everything is going well Aphmau, Still on the baseball team.
Vylad:- yea but it's a slight change now before he used to be the team members now he is the one to lead the team.
Aphmau:- WHAT?REALLY??. GARROTH!! WHY YOU DIDN'T TELL ME THAT?!?!
Garroth:- Oh sorry I was gonna tell you but then it kinda slipped my mind.
Aphmau:- But seriuosly Garroth, That's Amazing! I'm so proud of you.
Travis:- Yeah I totally agree with Aphmau, that's so cool to be a leader. Congratulations Garroth. *sweet smile*

Kawaii-Chan:- *walks in* Kawaii-Chan is back! *looks at Garroth* Oh who is he Aphmau-Chan?
Aphmau:- hey Kawaii-Chan.... That's Garroth, he is my friend and Vylad's brother.
Garroth:- Hello *sweet smile*
Vylad:- I think the games session are about to start lets go
Garroth:- I shoul be going too, they must be looking for me, see you guys! *exists*
Aphmau:- Come on guys we should go for games!
Vylad:- Yeah!!!!

Aphmau's POV

Everybody gathered at the centre for games session, seniors and juniors all sitting together forming a big circle.
I could see that some had already formed groups. All of them chatting and gossiping about the school. Some girls as usual fangirling over hot senior boys. The hall was filled with different voices when suddenly one of the hosts lightly tapped on the mic to check the volume which made everyone go silent.

Host:- Mic check 1 2 3..Mic check. Ok Hello Everybody, welcome to our grand party for all the freshmens prepared by all the seniors this year...I hope you guys like the party but now the real fun is about to start because Its time for a quick game session. We would like everyone to participate in the game please. Without further ado, LETS GET THIS PARTY STARTED!!!!

-After the party- (sorry I dont want to make yall feel bored)

Party ended and gosh it was sooo much fun, everybody enjoyed, even Travis took part in it. Phew! Well this day was fun and tiring too, Now that the school semester will start from tomorrow onwards. I reached home and after my night routine I was preparing for my sleep. I was just about to get in bed when My phone rang, I picked it up.

Aphmau:- hello, who is this?
Kawaii-Chan:- Aphmau-Chan, its me Kawaii-Chan
Aphmau:- Oh hey Kawaii-Chan, whats up?
Kawaii-Chan:- Kawaii-Chan wants to tell you something!
Aphmau:- Well what is it?

Just then I heard my mom's footsteps coming towards my room. I panicked, If mom sees that I'm on my phone this late, she will definetly make sure I won't see this phone again.

Aphmau:- Maybe lets talk tomorrow Kawaii-Chan, its pretty late now ok bye!
Kawaii-Chan:- ok bye, good night!

I quickly cut the call and drifted to sleep.
