Oh no. I hear screaming what's happening? Don't tell me it's starting.
It's been about a month since the screaming started. Almost everyday me and my mom can hear it. Me and my mom live in a teensy "apartment" if you can even call it that. I've lived here my whole life (I'm now 13), just my mother and me, and I've never been out. That's right, our door is made of steel and it doesn't open for us, only for...them. Ugh I hate even talking about them they give us our meals, tell us who we can talk to and when, they control EVERYTHING including water and power usage, heck they practically wipe our butts. You try to go a DAY only using your phone for an hour. I can only use my phone for that long, which I had to work 6 hours a day 6 days a week for 2 months to get (that's 288 hours).
Right now I only work about 4 hours a day Monday through Friday which is ok but still extremely annoying. Soon I'll start working 6 hours a day 6 days a week so I can get a pet! I have to work but I get my choice of a pet (cat, dog, hamster, bird, or fish). My mom told me about how when she was a kid she had pets and I think they sound wonderful. I'm gonna start out with a cat but I might get a dog later.
I have school from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and I still have to work my 4 hours a day. Weekends are the best because me and my mom get "spending points" that we can use on the weekend to do or get fun things. We get a different amount of spending points depending on how good a job you do and what job you do. She usually buys food with a bit of help from me and I buy many different things clothes, shoes, jewelry. I know I sound like one of those girly girls but not all the time.
My usual day is 6:00 a.m. I wake up and take a shower then have breakfast. School is just a little room in our apartment with 2 desks, one for my school work and normal work and one for my mom's work. For school I have a tablet that I plug my headphones into to listen to my teacher. Most school supplies are provided but I have to pay to get customized things. I work from 7:00 to 2:00 then I start working on whatever my job for that week is. This week is dishes, ugh, everybody's (or it seems like it anyway) dishes get shipped to our apartment and I have to wash a certain amount a day. After that (about 6:00 p.m.) we have dinner then go do some sort of exercise, after 6:30 we have a door open in our apartment so we can go workout (we're not actually leaving our apartment). There are lots of things to do, run, jump rope, yoga, weight training, etc. After, we get until 9:00 to do whatever we want then it's lights out, then it starts over.
That's every single day of my life. I've got 2 words to say about that. IT SUCKS. It is so boring my hands are usually covered with ink by the end of the day and then I have to scrub them to get it off so my hands hurt. It's like school from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The only fun I got was getting to face time the girl next door (or at least I think she lives next door) I'm allowed to face time her on the first and last Sunday of every month. I can also text her about how life sucks during our 1 hour break, the only problem is our every move is monitored. There are cameras in every room of the house except the bathroom (but I wouldn't put it against them to have some in there).
Notice I said "got" (as in the only fun I "got") we aren't allowed to socialize with anybody besides the people we live with ever since the screaming started, and that gets pretty boring, they said it wouldn't be for long but I don't think we're going to talk to anybody again. That's what I want to find out. What's happening?
Gotta go, bye.
