The Links and I

Chapter 3 Talk About Time of Past.

After walking for some a long while Time decided it was best to rest for the night seeing how the sun was already beginning to set. So after a good area to be in he turned to the other two links.

"Wild go get firewood. Time go hunt. Our new addition will need to eat unlike us im certain she can't just live on potions and such."

"And you?" Twilight asked crossing his arms "what will do you?"

"Keeping her safe." Time said as Twilight opened his mouth to protest but a quick glare made him back off.

"Ill be quick.. let's go Wild" Twilight said quickly walking off as Wild following right behind him happy.

"Alright!" Wild said happy "are you going to hunt as a wolf? It's so cool to watch" he smiled happy as you watched them leave your sight.

So now it was just you and Time. You looked around unsure how things were going to be. So you decided to break the silence.

"Um. Is there anything I can do to help?" You asked looking over. Time simply shakes his head.

"Your a guest. It's rude to have you do work. Let us handle it. You just take it easy and rest. It's quite clear to me you feel overwhelmed as it is." He stated simply. You were surprised to see how observant he was. Though it made sense. After all Time link was known to be one more mature links among the group.

"Ah ok. Thank you" you said as you say him signal you to see on a nearby fallen log. Following his instructions you sat down. Then you saw as he sat on it as well waiting. After a few more seconds he spoke again. "So. Tell me about yourself Y/n. What made you want to be with Twilight?"

"Oh? Well. To be honest I just met him just yesterday actually. I was in the forest when I was chased down. He came out of nowhere as a wolf and defeated the Bokoblins. Since then he stayed with me. Said how he was claiming me as his own." You explained. You noticed the disappointed look on Time's face.

"That link.. what is he thinking. That's is no way to treat someone. Your not property." He sighed and shook his head. "Well it's clear he won't let you depart from his side now. So if he gets too much or becomes unbearable let me know. If I have to I'll leash him on the yard again so he can calm down." Time said as you smiled and nodded thanking him. "Your welcome." He looked ahead again as it went silent once again.

You sat there unsure what to do next. The silence wasn't uncomfortable it was just strange. It seemed to appear the same to Time as he spoke.

"A thought occurs to me. You look very well collected for someone who just been thrown into a different world." Time spoke up.

'Damn he's sharp.' you thought to yourself. "Is it that obvious..?" You asked a bit embarrassed.

"After hanging out with the other links. You can say I have developed an eye for it" Time spoke. "Another thing that gave you away was the fact you seem so familiar with Twilight despite you saying you just met yesterday."

"Oh.. well. That's because where I'm from you actually known around." You said.

"Oh? Care to elaborate?" He asked looking at you.

"Um.. I'll only say this. I just know about you links. That's all" you said. Time looked curious at your statement. The fact you seem reluctant to speak more only made him the more curious of you.

"Oh? Is that right?" He asked as you nodded. "Then tell me about myself. What is it that you know of me?"

"Huh?" You asked.

"You claim to know of us Links" Time said crossing his arms "it's only right I get to see if it's true or not. After all. It's about my own person and others close to me." He reasoned. "I want to know what you know. So tell me about me" he said. You saw his eyes. They were calm yet still sharp as if expecting. So you took a breath.
