{Third POV}

"On her birthday..." Jessi thought to himself as he stumbled out of bed..Feeling like shit; despite his absolutely mind grinding headache he decided to try and make Aume breakfast. He wobbled his way to the kitchen, only managing to stay up with the help of the countertops. His vision was hazy and his body was warm to the touch, but, bro still was able to make some delicious food 👄.

{Jessi POV}

"Alright- one egg, two eggs..Wait- how many eggs was I using? Uhh-" I mumbled to myself as I tried to keep track of everything I was making, the bacon was in the air fryer and I'm starting on the eggs. I add a bit of pepper, salt, and cheese into the mix, i butter the pan while trying my hardest not to cough into the food.

After a while I finally manage to get the eggs going, the sizzle of the pan ringed in my ears. I started to get the pancake mix going, I add a bit of cinnamon, sugar, and chocolate chips to perfect it. I go back to cooking the eggs, my head pounds with almost every movement I make, and just as I finished the eggs.. I heard someone crawling out of bed.

I quickly poured the batter into the pan and waited for the bubbles to appear, small bits of sweat collected on my forehead. My hands trembled as I tried to hold the spatula correctly, luckily I managed to flip in around.

"OH JESSII-"

"Shit-"

I suddenly heard footsteps pitter patter down the hall, and then I was met with the most aggressive hug I think I ever had. I gritted my teeth as I felt my body ache, I pursed my lip as I just kind of stood there awkwardly.

"Mornin' to you too- do me a favor and, STOP TREATING ME LIKE A STRESS TOY-"

I shouted in a passive aggressive kind of way, her hands immediately went off, "Oh- also, happy birthday-" I said with a smile, after a little while more, I finished the pancakes, I pulled out some plates- you get the gist, I made breakfast 💀

Everything was going well, despite the fact that body still ached, Aume liked the food which was good- her smile is so cu- WHATTT? NOTHINGG.

"Thanks, also- you must teach me how to cook."

She said while gripping my shoulders.

"I'm not asking- IT IS A DEMAND."

She said giving me the most mischievous smile to possibly exist, "okay fine- only if you can last one day without suffocating me with your damn hugs." I smirked at my own remark as I took a bite of my food. "So where do you want to go? I have a lot of places in mind—" I questioned as I looked over to Aume who was happily eating her bacon.

"Oh, hmm, how about that amusement park that opened last week?" She asked with a smile as her eyes were shining with excitement, i however cringed at the thought of being in the heat all day.

"Alright bet." I said with a smile as I took another bite of my food, after swallowing it down, I could feel myself gag for a moment. My stomach churned as I stood from the table and put my plate in the microwave, I played it cool as I said, "I'll go get my clothes on, be right back."

I quickly walked to the bathroom after grabbing my clothes; I felt saliva build up in my mouth as my stance got a bit uneven. It felt like my stomach had dropped as my throat burned, I leaned over the sink and heaved, taking short gasps of air after. I squinted my eyes as my hands gripped the counter sides, my legs wobbled while I tried to stand back up straight. I clean the sink out and wash my face, I put my clothes on and winced at the feeling of it rubbing against my skin. I stumbled out of the bathroom as I stretched a bit, Aume somehow had gotten her outfit on quick as hell and was already prepared to have some fun.

"You re-"

"HELL YES."

"Okay."

I smiled as I called an Uber, I don't really like driving with other people in the car with me, I'm scared I'll loose focus or something and crash. I yawned a bit as the car pulled up and we hopped in.

{Aume's POV}

As we drove to the amusement park I stared out the window, watching the buildings and trees go by, I looked over to talk to Jessi but he was huddled against the door. So I just left him alone for now, but anyways back to staring out the window.

{Jessi POV}

After a while we finally made it there, i wobbled as I stepped out of the car my vision had those weird little black splotches too. I blinked a few time to make them go away, I opened the door for a Aume like a gentleman and she smiled. While we were walking up to pay for tickets she held my hand, a small bit of blush came to my face as I looked to the side. After paying for the tickets we walked in and of course, Aume started running directly to to a ride that is literally named 'The Gut Wrencher'. I hesitated to follow her but she ended up dragging me anyways.

[TIMESKIP TO THE FROMT OF THE LINE.]

I could already feel my stomach churning as I sat into the seat and buckled my self in, a large bar coming down to keep me in place. I was shivering a bit as tried not to mind it, Aume was sitting next to me as well, so this could end really bad—

"Are you ready Jessi?!" Aume said in an attempt to hype me up, I just gave a nod as I felt the machinery whir and click. We started swinging left and right, and then we started spinning, and then we went in the air, and then we were upside down. Now normally I'd love this ride. But when your shivering, about to throw up, and your head is pounding, it ain't so fun.

After around 5 minutes of flipping around, I felt like absolute shit, as I stood out of my seat I nearly toppled over onto the ground. One of my hands held my head as I steadied myself, Aume was adrenaline high and wanted to immediately go on A FUCKING ROLLER COASTER. I was literally about to cry at the thought of even going fast, but I decided to just follow along, it is her birthday sooo— 🤷🏽

{Aume POV}

I gave a toothy smile as I stepped out of the cart with Jessi, brushing myself off a bit as I stretched and fixed my hair. "So, Jessi! where to ne-" My sentence was cut short as I looked over to him, his face was really pale and he looked like he would topple over at any second. I grabbed his shoulders as I looked at him, "Are you still alive?" I asked while shaking him a bit, he nodded as his eyes squinted, then he said he was gonna use the bathroom.

I furrowed my brows as I saw him walk over to a small building. I was a bit concerned, but maybe he was just using the bathroom.. Like normal people.. I think?

{Jessi POV}

I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE.

I rushed over to the bathroom, as I stumbled in I locked the door behind me, my hands clenched around the sink as I felt my throat tighten and saliva build up in my mouth.

I heaved into the sink as I shivered I pulled my hair back into a messy bun as I held my head, little bits of my vision a bit black. Who knew, having a 102 fever while in 90° weather isn't really a good idea! My knees trembled as I breathed heavily, resting my head on my arms that were now over the sink. I coughed a bit as I tried to stand up straight, I tripped back into the wall. I slumped down as my eyes shut for a moment, I felt so— W e a k..
