{We see sam and dacer passed out on the couch with a movie playing and snacks on the table}
"So that's why she never called" Charlie mumbled
"Come on guys wake up, dacer you have to go soon so you can go to the store and your friends house" Emily said trying to wake them up
"Not gonna work Emily, they would sleep through a Earthquake" said Billy as he had the pleasure of waking them up, please note the sarcasm after he finished speaking he turned his head back to the screen
{5 minutes later}
"Big bong!! Bing bong!! wakey wakey time!! wake up, wake up!!" Emily screamed while banging pots together
"WE ARE UP!!" Sam and Dacer yelled back. Which made Emily chuckle as their eyes were wide, their faces were white as a ghost from how scared they were.
"Good, now Day it's almost a quarter till three, you said you needed to go to the store then you wanted to go to your friends house" Emily told dacer while walking back to the kitchen so she cluld make lunch
"Oh yea, I'll go get my stuff then I'll be on my way after this" dacer said helping Sam clean up the mess in the living room.
"Sam what time is quarter till three?" They whispered to the man "your how old now and you still don't know what that means?" Sam asked
"Yea and? That doesn't answer my question tho" Dacer replied
"2:45 kid, it means the time is 2:45" sam answered "are you sure?"
"Kid you literally just asked for my help then asked me if I was wrong when you don't even know the answer to said question" sam replied looking at her like she was wearing a blue coconut hat
"Fine, I'm gonna go say bye to Emmy then head out" dacer said before hugging the older man.
"I love you" "I love you more" she replied
"Emmy I'm heading out. I wanted to say goodbye" dacer exclaimed as she walked through the kitchen. "Alright sweetheart, be safe on your way to the store for me" Emily responded and it broke dacer's heart because she wished her mom could of been a woman like Emily
"Your such a mom" teased sam as they both watched dacer pull out of their driveway
Which earned him a small smack at the back of his head before he brought her in for a kiss
"He's not wrong, you do act like a mom towards all of us" said embry
"Only because I love you guys" Emily responded
{The scene changes again, we see dacer driving in her car on the phone then pulling into a parking lot of a grocery store that's in-between forks and the rez}
