Jewel's P.O.V

"SHUT UP! YOU KNOW WHAT, YOUR MOM ISN'T ALWAYS GOING TO BE HERE!" My dad and me got into another heated argument about... well everything. He doesn't like the way i dress. what I like, what sports I want to play. He doesn't understand that I like boy things better I absolutely hated girly things why couldn't he just see that!

Whoops... sorry I didn't introduce myself, Hi my name is Jewel I'm 18 years old and that man you just heard yell his fudging lungs out at me was my 'dad'. Well that's what I'm supposed to call him anyway he's threatened me so many times i lost count at 'you little brat next time you saw that I'll punch your teeth so far down your throat! Your ancestors will feel it!' In which case I didn't get because my ancestors was his ancestors so wouldn't it hurt him to. But anyway we got into another fight apparently I'm not allowed to tell my "dad" what he's doing wrong and what's on my mind. But back to the story.

"YOU KNOW WHAT GO AHEAD CAUSE YOU KNOW WHAT THAT IS ONE MORE THING TO BRING TO COURT!! YOU FAT JERK!!!" I know I must have taken it to far right then, "GET BACK HER YOU LITTLE TWERP, I'M GOING TO WRING YOUR SCRANNY LITTLE NECK!" He ran after me, I didn't want to show him the fear in my eyes I ran straight into my room. I had broken the nob off years ago so everytime it closed it would lock itself so nobody could get in or out.

I felt the collor of my shirt being yanked as I fell to the floor, "Now lets see what happens when you don't do as I say." His voice was menacing as it dripped off his teeth like venom from a snake. He grabbed my arm and I was dragged to the front door, still having a killer grip to my wrist he unlocked the door and threw me out. " Wow the weatherman was right it is hot out."I said as I banged on the door for one of my siblings to open the door. I heard them yelling and scream for my 'dad' to move out of the way.

I started to sweat from being outside, it may have been only 20 minutes but still I was in sweat pants and a mid-arm length sleeved shirt. It was freezing in our house. I looked around and started banging on the door again. "YOUR NEVER COMING BACK IN HERE SO DEAL WITH IT!!!" I heard from the other side of the door. I sighed and started to walk around the people around the house gave me weird looks as I passed by. I looked at them and stuck out my tongue and laughed as I jogged off. After I walked around my block 3 times and was covered in sweat. My mom finally pulled up in front of the house she gave me one look. Her eyes widened "Jewel are you ok!!!" I looked at her, I hadn't noticed that I was breathing hard until I started to go light head my breath was comeing out in short raspy breaths.

She grabbed my arm and pulled me inside the house, I explained what had happened "STEVE GET OVER HERE!" He walked into the room with a smirk on his face until he saw me with mom. His face became a scornful scoul his face started to slowly change into a scarlet red, and his eyes started to change from his normal green eyes to his hazel eyes that only change when he is seriously mad. "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR DOING HERE LAST TIME I CHECKED I HAD A RIGHT DISIPLENING MY CHILDREN!!" He bellowed shaking the henges on the open door.

I scoffed and was about to tell him off again, however mom stopped me from making things worse, mom was always the more rational one between my parents, my mouth was clamped shut as my dad continued to yell if course was winning the war between the both of them. I looked down so they couldn't see the smirk on my face.

Suddenly my body was yanked to the side as my so-called father threw a pencil at me. I finally couldn't take it anymore I had to put my foot down. My hair started to change color and I felt my eyes start to get darker. I stood in front of my mom . "THAT'S ENOUGH I'VE HAD IT UP TO HERE WITH YOUR IGNORANT ISSUES YOU HAVE AGAINST THIS FAMILY! SURE YOU GOT MAD AT ME BUT BRINGING MOM INTO THIS IS THE LAST STRAW!"

I shook with anger, my dad's eyes shown fear for a split second before he yelled at me and mom again. "OH AND WHAT ARE YOU AND THAT NOBODY GONNA DOA ABOUT IT." He smirked in satisfaction before was quickly changed into a smear of disgust when I beard my teeth show off my sharp canines, placing a hand on my shoulder my mother whispered to me " jewel calm down he doesn't know and with this he could win." sighing I slowly closed my mouth still keeping the sharp glare on his face.

Smirking slightly I watched as his eyes widened when my eyes turned completely black. turning them back I smiled slightly at my mom before leaving them alone.

I heard the screaming of my parents as they discussed what just happened. "That little monster deserves to be in a mental hospital, we both know it why won't you just let it be they can handle the little monster she is!" " You are not taking my child to a hospital she is not mental she is easily angered, she gets that from all people. You should know that why do you think she explodes all the time I mean can you at least try to get along with your kids while I'm gone?" The screaming continued as I turned up my headphones hoping to drown them out, until i felt tapping on my shoulder.

Looking up I saw my younger sister watching my, sighing I took off my headphones "what do you need squirt?" "Jewel why is it that every time that you do something mom and dad fight." I knew aqua was smart so I didn't stop myself from telling what was going on and what I had done. Aqua looked at me like I was crazy "why would you show him of all people I mean you are the only one in the family who can do that and do you know what he would do if you would've shifted fully." Sighing i nodded knowing she wasn't going to stop for a while, I zoned out talking to my wolf stop this you know what you almost did you really should start listening to your family a little bit more. I gasped at the words of my wolf, sincerity, looking back at my sister I saw she was done ranting and was looking at me strange. "she talked to you again didn't she?" I nodded not wanting to talk "what did she say this time." I told her what my wolf said she knew that sincerity didn't talk to me and when she did something big was going to happen and soon. Heeding Sincerity's advice I was careful on what I did kept my anger in check and made sure to only shift at night when I knew everyone was asleep.
