i was listening to a subliminal and i got some weird movements in my back and now when i move my arm i can feel my shoulder blade moving too.i also have back pains and i felt a stab in my side :( these are some of the ones im doing
(update 2)ok i know its the same day but i feel a lot of twitching in my back by where my wings are
