I understand that the last time I published a chapter was 3 months ago and I'm sorry. I'm back because I dont want to leave my readers hanging but this book will be coming to an end. Anya :
"Papa!"
Anya ran over to her fathers door and was about to knock but she heard speaking. Anya put her ear up against the door.
Loid :
"What am I going to do when the missions over?"
??? :
"You'll get to go back to the life you've always wanted."
Loid :
"What about Anya and Yo-"
??? :
"Twilight, you're not worrying about them, are you?"
Loid :
"No b-"
??? :
"Good, because the missions close to a finish."
...
A long beep sounded which concluded the end of the call. Anya knocked and Loids eyes widened. He rushed to the door and opened it.
Loid :
"Anya! You didn't hear anyhting right?"
Anya :
"huh?"
I heard everything papa but I don't understand what your so worried about.
Loid sighed in relief.
Loid :
"What is it you need Anya?"
Anya :
"Well schools over and summer break started!"
Loid :
thank god she doesn't have time to talk to Damian because if they got closer the mission would be completed.
Anya made a confused face.
Anya :
Why doesn't he want the mission to be completed?
Loid looked stressed and tense. Anya patted him on the head and he smiled.
Loid :
I don't want to loose this.
Anya was confused but when ahead with her day. Mind you, she was still in her pajamas. She got dressed and took out her phone. She clicked onto the weather app to see that it was cloudy but because of yesterdays rain, it wasn't too hot. Meaning, Anya could go on a walk! Anya tossed her phone onto her bed and it bounced off which bothered her but she continued on with her day.
Anya :
"Papa! I'm gonna go outside!"
Anya joyfully walked towards the door. She reached out to the door handle but was grabbed by the wrist instead. Anya turned to see Loid.
Loid :
We dont have a lot of time left and I just want to spend the little bits of time we have together.
Anya :
what does he mean.?
"Papa do you need something."
