Zephyr has always been different.
Whether they were talking about the fact that her eyes changed color with her mood, the fact that children and animals would avoid her at all costs, or the fact that she simply didn't care about anything, there was one thing all the citizens of the small town of Carlos Place could agree on about the homeless girl: she was different.
And not necessarily in a good way, either.
