"Yu- Mafuyu?!" Ena gasped in shock from her side of the call, whilst eagerly typing on her phone.
Enanan:
Yuki?! You can't be serious... your mother did something again didn't she?!
"E-eh? Yuki's?..." Gaped Mizuki.
Amia:
No way... that's horrible! But why only now???
I was too stunned to utter a word both in the call and in the chat.
Mafuyu...
She's lost the only thing that allowed her to relax.
To be able to be herself.
To feel warmth.
Yuki:
Later tonight, if mother doesn't wake up, after she checks on me, I could go to SEKAI. I'll explain everything there, she's coming soon. I'm extremely sorry everyone.
Her message had such a sad tone in it, despite not being read out loud it felt like something inside me snapped.
K:
Please, don't worry about it Mafuyu. We understand your situation, we can talk about it in SEKAI. For now... stay safe...
I finally looked up at my screen to see a shocked Ena and Mizuki.
"It's... finally happened...huh..." Said Mizuki, sadly.
"Yeah... I guess we knew at the rate we were going it was going to happen.... some way or another..." replied Ena. "But it's... so soon..."

"Honestly, why does her mother do this? I get it, she wants Mafuyu to be a 'good girl' and study hard for the entrance exams, but the way she explained everything to you K..." Ena said angrily. "It's just so unconvincing that she wants the best for her daughter."

"Sorry everyone, I think I'm going to log off for tonight." I said, wearily looking at the screen.
"Oh... that's alright, K." Mizuki replied, trying to be cheerful. "Well, if Kanade's going, me and Enanan should probably head off too, right?~"
"Mhm... see you guys later..."

I lay back into my chair, not knowing what to think.
I can't process everything properly yet.

I got up, went to bed as furious, hot tears fell out of my eyes.
