Chapter 1

*Oh you think that you know me! Know me! That's why I'm leaving you lonely lonely! Cause baby you don't know a thing about me! You don't know a thing about me*.

"Uuugghhh 7:30!" I groaned as my alarm tune blasted through the speakers around my room. I pushed the covers off my body and went to the bathroom to do my daily routine of brushing my teeth, taking a bath, Blow drying my hair and Changing into my comfortable dancing clothes. After my routine I went downstairs to find my dad eating breakfast "Good Morning Aud!" my adopted dad greeted me like he always does "Good Morning Dad, where's mum?" I asked curiously since she's always at home in the morning "She went to work, apparently her business is having is having some jumpy issues in the financial thing" "oh, well I need to go to the studio now dad! See you later!" I shouted whilst walking towards the front door, opening it and shutting it close quickly.

I went to the family parking lot and quickly told Carlos our driver to drive me to the studio. Well you see my mom well (not really my own mom) owns a business which means she gets big incomes every week and my dad (not real either) is a Head Chef in a famous restaurant which means more income, Weird right? They're busy working people but still have time for family and all that stuff? Yes because I'm their only daughter and they love me even though I'm adopted. I also love them so much, but sometimes I still feel like they're hiding something from me. We're- well they are rich but I still help save money for future emergencies in case something happens. I don't work , instead I audition for dance championships and all that stuff and if I win money I save it, if I find a dance audition for back-up dancers I also do it, you name it anything with dancing.

We just arrived in front of the studio so I hopped out of the car waving a goodbye to Carlos, telling him to pick me up at noon later and going in the studio, and heading to the reception "Hi! Dance Class under the name of Auden Faustino please" I told the receptionist "Oh Hi! Auden, your class will be in the second room to the right". "Thank you, see you later" and with that I was walking to my Dance class.

As I opened the door I heard a girl squeal my name "Auuuudeeeeeeeeen!!!" I flinched at the tone of the voice my dance mate Sheena used. "Hi Sheena, Why are you so jumpy today?" I asked her confused with her sudden outburst "Nothing just being the weird and crazy me"." Well, well, well my dance friend is being her usual self again what a happy sight!" I answered back while giggling at some parts. The bell rang signaling that the class will start soon. We only have like 8-10 people in the class so it won't be hard to learn all of the steps. After a minute or so a man in his 30's walked in and the sat on the nearby benches where he can perfectly see us.

"Ok guys! We will start our class right now! So we will do our warm- up dances first before our step dances, Auden you will be leading the Warm ups today!" Our Dance teacher Ms. Lidman shouted from the front since I was in the middle side. "Auden in the front now!" she said not trying to scare me away. So I went in front of the room as Ms.Lidman turned the music up of a remix song "Go Auden!" Sheena shouted from where I was lately. As the song started I danced some steps that the teacher taught us for our warm-ups, I also did some steps which people think was hard but easy enough for us good dancers to d, after warm-ups I went back to my old spot "Good Job Aud!" Ms. Lidman said standing next to me while patting my back "Thank you Miss! I try" I answered back with a smile.

After 45 minutes and tons of steps learned later I was exhausted. So we had a small water break." "Ok everybody water break is over now go partner up with someone and make a small dance with them, you will need to pick the song for your dance and will have to present it to the class after 30 minutes" Ms.Lidman shouted from the front "Yes Miss!" We shouted back. I headed towards Sheena "OMG! Auden I'm so jealous! You're such a great dancer!" She whispered- shouted to me "Thanks Sheena you too now stop fangirling because we need to make this dance." I said trying to sound stern but failed which caused me and Sheena to laugh, after we picked our song which is a Remix of a song we don't know we started doing our dance steps, doing some cartwheels, Twirls and Flips. "Ok guys time to do this thing!" Our teacher as always shouted from the front of the room. After some other dancers it was our time to dance there was a butterfly feeling in my stomach forming and I don't know why. After our dance consisting of our crazy and awesome dance moves the whole class was applauding and cheering "Ok class time to go! And Good Job Auden and Sheena I will be expecting more crazy moves from you soon!" she said while walking out of the room with the guy who watched us dance " Bye Ms.Lidman!!" the whole class including me and Sheena shouted back. "So want to go to Starbucks? My treat" I asked Sheena breaking the silence between us "Yeah, sure'" she answered back while changing her shirt. After 10 minutes of waiting "come on Sheena I need my daily dose of vanilla crème frappe!" I shouted at the middle of the studio hall "alright, alright! I'm coming!" She shouted back.

We walked to Starbucks since it's only a 5 minute walking distance. I opened the door, smelt the coffee scented place and ordered my usual vanilla crème frappe, blueberry muffin and chocolate chip cookies while Sheena on the other hand ordered a Vanilla Caramel Latte with a Glazed Donut, after ordering we sat on a chair and I texted Carlos to pick me up in Starbucks after 20 minutes. "So how's your life?" Sheena asked "Still the same routine, No change. You?" "Uhmmm, other than me seeing my boyfriend I mean ex-boyfriend kissing another girl, life is still the same". "Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry!" I said with pity"Nah! Don't worry he's a jerk anyway" She retorted and after that we talked about other more things "ahahaah Ok see you later! Call me alright? I need to go now" I said." Alright see you later and Ok!"

After exiting Starbucks I saw my black car with Carlos inside of it. So I knocked on the door, went inside the car and sat near the window. After about a minute or so I fell asleep with my head leaning on the window

"Miss Auden, We're here" Carlos' voice boomed inside the car causing me to wake up "Thank Carlos, see you later". I got out of the car and went inside only to find our maid Ms. Wills in the kitchen "Oh Hi Auden! How's Dance class?" Ms. Wills asked "Still the same dance class every other day, but today there's a guy who watched us dance and after dance class he talked to Ms.Lidman like it's an important thing" I answered "oh right, Ok well go to your room and clean yourself up so you can eat your salad" she told me, so I went to my bathroom, took a shower brushed my hair and let it air dry and changed into normal clothes after cleaning up I went down to the kitchen. Ms. Wills was sitting in the chair so I sat across her "Ok Auden eat your salad now and be sure to finish it" she said sternly "Yes mum!" I joked trying to lighten the mood. After eating I threw the plastic container in the bin and went to my room.

In my room I turned my laptop on, Turned my Facebook online, make a new tab and I started looking for dance auditions and championships and pressed the song called "Always be together" by Little Mix on my the iPod connected to the speakers around my room. I NEW MESSAGE FROM GRETCHEN LIDMAN(Ms.Lidman) my Laptop signaled making me go to Facebook

Conversation:

L: Auden!!!

A: What do you need miss?

L: Well I was thinking if you want to go to this audition for some famous people who I don't really know, people say they need dancers for their tour

A: uhhhmmm idk :P when and where is it?

L:its thursday today right?

A:Yep

L: Well it's on Tuesday at the tall building near the studio and it starts at 8 a.m - 2 p.m

A:What?! Why is the audition that long?!

L: Its famous people we're talking about here missy thats why many dancers are coming and btw they are only hiring like 20-35 dancers so get your groove and crazy dance moves on girl!

A: idk if I should go. Mom and dad won't let me

L: Auden! I am going to see you on that day whether you like it or not! I'll be waiting

A: fine I'm going. See yah on Saturday class!

L:Bye!

When the conversation ended I put my laptop away, turned the music off, laid down my bed and with that I was fast asleep wondering what's going to happen on "audition day"
