Bradley POV
I have decided that I go to school I mean it is the first day. It's been 2 months sense the whole thing with Sabrina it still hurts so badly.
*Time passes*
It's lunch and I decided I would sit by myself. I haven't talked once today I've been sitting in all of Sabrina sets she sits in, In class. I wanted this day to be over so badly so I could go see Sabrina.
Sarah POV
Me and Peyton are up at the hospital because the doctor called me up there so he could talk to us.
"Sarah?"
"Yes that's me"
"Can I have you come with me"
We then slowly started walking to Sabrina's room to talk"
"Sit please" he said softly
"So i have some bad news, Sabrina has a lot of failing organs and she's failing all of her test of breathing on her own. So you have a choice you can pull the plug and have this sweet girl be free and stop suffering or you can send her to a hospital in Mexico and wait for as long as you can in tell something come available" he said
"If i sent her away what's the chance of something becoming available" I ask
"1-1000, it's a very low chance"
"I'll give you a min to think and talk" the doctor said
"Peyton I know what I have to do but I don't want to" I say
"Hey I'm gonna be here with you the whole time" he says kissing me
I then look over at Sabrina and start to cry.
" we don't tell anyone we will tell Bradley tomorrow and that the only person"
"Jordan?" He asked
"No only family"
Bradley POV
I'm so happy school is over. I start driving home when I drove by Sabrina wreck scene and see a bunch of flowers by the scene. When I arrive home I go to my room and slowly start to fall asleep.
"Bradley? Bradley?"
I open my eyes and I'm sitting in Sabrina hospital bed while she's awake.
"Sabrina?"
"Ya it's me"
Your awake?"
"Not exactly"
"Bradley I just need you to listen okay?"
"Okay" I said
"Bradley you need to move on. I'm not gonna make it through this I'm dieing"
"Sabrina stop" I say crying
"This is good, your crying I need that"
I looked at her confused.
"I know I'm weird but it shows me that you care" she says.
I look up and she crying holding my face and looking in my eyes and she says
" I saw you an Rowan kiss and it's okay you need to move on you need to live your life. I'm not gonna survive this and it's okay but you need to promise me one thing your gonna be happy. And I want you to know before I go that I love you so much and will miss you. I want you to know you made me the happiest person on earth and I couldn't thank you enough. Oh and I need you to take care of everyone for me okay. Especially Rowan. I love you so much Bradley Steven Perry" she says crying.
"I love you to Sabrina Carpenter I'm gonna miss you" I say
Then we stood up and hugged then we separated and look at each other holding are hand together. I slowly look in her eyes and she says "move on" and let go of my hand. "Now close your eyes Bradley" she says crying
"But I don't want to" I say crying
"Bradley close your eyes" she says
I then close my eyes and say "I love you" and I wake up.
