We do have to go over the rules since we don't want any boundaries broken. To respect Clown's boundaries since they have explained what they don't feel comfortable with so here's the rules to the roleplay

1. No NSFW (18+) the creator themselves have expressed that they are uncomfortable with that kind of stuff. Even if they were comfortable with it, I'd still say no to NSFW since I'm also uncomfortable with that stuff too. But romantic stuff like cuddling, kissing, and hand holding are good; since they aren't suggestive or NSFW

2. Roleplay in 3rd person (it's easier for me to understand and reply better)

3. LGBTQ+ ships and pronouns are allowed- I mean Poppy is trans, Frank is non-binary and Julie is genderfluid so it would feel wrong for me as the author to say nah.

4. AU's are allowed. What do I mean by that? I mean like the Welcome Home AU's like for example Opposite! Wally (they will have their own chapter in this story- you'll have to just scroll the chapters to see)

5. I'll play your crush and you'll play mine (just to make things equal and fair)

6. You can have 2 OC's max limit (same for me) to add to that oc x oc is allowed if you wish

(Lastly this isn't a rule but since it's not said how old are the neighbors: just to make it simple they'll all be over the age of 18)
