The rehearsal room was bathed in a dim, melancholic light, casting long shadows across the faces of the band members. Yeji took center stage, her voice weaving through the air like a soft caress, capturing the hearts of all who listened. Her rendition of a song held the room captive, each note dripping with raw emotion and vulnerability.

As she sang, her gaze was fixed on one person in particular - Ryujin Williams.

They had always shared a connection that defied explanation, a deep bond that went beyond mere friendship. Despite their best efforts to deny the growing attraction, the undeniable chemistry between them crackled in the air, leaving a trail of unanswered questions and unresolved feelings.

Yeji couldn't help but pour her heart and soul into the lyrics, her voice dripping with a mixture of hope and trepidation. Every word resonated with the weight of unspoken longing, baring her vulnerability for all to see. And in that moment, it was Ryujin's gaze that stirred something deep within Yeji's core, igniting a flame of longing and possibility.

Their eyes locked, their connection so tangible that it felt like time stood still. The world faded away, leaving only the ethereal dance of emotions between them. It was as if they were the only two souls left in existence, their hearts beating in sync, yearning for something more.

The room fell into a hushed silence, the notes of the song lingering in the air like a haunted whisper. Yeji searched for a reaction, desperately hoping to catch a glimpse of what lay within the depths of Ryujin's heart. But as the final chords reverberated, applause erupted, shattering the delicate moment and filling the void left by their unspoken connection.

The band celebrated the performance, oblivious to the internal storm raging between Yeji and Ryujin. Closing the distance, Ryujin slowly approached Yeji, their eyes locked in a magnetic pull that threatened to consume them both. The intensity between them was palpable, charging the air with an electric current of anticipation.

Yeji's heart raced, threads of hope weaving through her being. But just as she prepared herself for the possibility of something more, Ryujin walked by past her, her focus shifted toward Karina, an ex-lover from the past. At that moment, Yeji's heart crumbled, her dreams slipping through her fingers like grains of sand.

She felt like the invisible girl again,

relegated to the sidelines, forever destined to watch others find love and happiness. Silent tears welled up in her eyes as she stood alone amidst the shattered remnants of her once-cherished connection. Doubt gnawed at her mind, drowning her in a sea of self-deprecation.

Had she misconstrued Ryujin's feelings? Was their connection merely an illusion? The ache of unrequited love consumed her, leaving her feeling lost and abandoned. In that moment, Yeji knew that she was the antagonist in this story, the outsider and the third wheel. She was fated to never find her own happy ending, condemned to walk a path of unrequited love and eternal solitude.

However, even amidst the heartache and despair, a flicker of determination sparked within Yeji's soul. She vowed to reclaim her worth, to find the strength to move on and write her own story, one that didn't rely on the validation or love of another. And with that newfound resolve, Yeji wiped away her tears and stepped into the unknown, ready to embrace the journey that awaited her.
