I screwed up.. I have fallen for my guy best friend..
you're probably wondering who I am, My names Audrey Bates and this is my high school love story, welcome to chaos.

I roll around on my bed, it's currently the day before my last year of high school. Another year of hell I have to endure unfortunately.

I groan and sit up, not being able to fall asleep.

Great there goes my beauty sleep. I wonder if Lee is up rn..

I grab my phone from off my nightstand and turn it on

why is it so bright god damn..

I go to messages and text Lee

Text messages:

Me:
Hey, you up?

Lee:
Well, now I am. Thanks for waking me
Up :/

Me:
Oh shut up, ain't like you don't sleep enough anyways, I can't sleep

Lee:
I need my beauty sleep thank you. And go deal with that problem yourself, I'm going to sleep shorty

Me:
What did I say about calling me that? Fine then go to sleep you lazy mtf.

Lee:
I will, and I can call you whatever I want. You can't do nothing about it anyways

Me:
Wait until tomorrow you fucker >:/

Lee:
Yea sure, alright goodnight to you my dear shorty

Me:
Mhm, goodnight

Such an ass.
I mumble and turn off my phone, finally feeling sleepy and drifting off to sleep.

..hours later..

I hear my noisy alarm clock going off and I sit up with a yawn, I turn it off and go into my bathroom to get ready for my very first and hopefully last day of high school

I brush out my wavy long blonde hair, I don't really do nothing to it and just leaves it down. I walk out my bathroom and go to my closet and find an outfit

What should i wear..

I end up going for a white cropped tank top, baggy ripped jeans and black converse with a little sweater to cover the tank top

I grab my bag and wait outside for Lee's car, this is normal he always drives me to school.
If your wondering yes I have my license I just don't like to drive all that much.
As I was lost in my thoughts I hear Lee's dark blue Camaro pull up

"Get in shorty!" I hear Lee call out after a loud honk. I roll my eyes and sling my bag over my shoulder and walk towards the car.
Once I'm inside and close the door I shove his head to the side playfully.

"What did I say about calling me short?"

"Mhm.. to not call you short"

Lee responded with rolled eyes.

"So, we just going to sit in my driveway all day or are we going to school?"

I say laced with sarcasm

"Hey don't get smart missy, I'm the one in control of this car so I can make it take longer"

Lee replied

"Omg just drive!"

I groaned and buckled my seatbelt.

Lee chuckled and started driving to the school.. aka a building no one wants to be in.

Time Skip

Lee parked his car and I get out, I sling my book bag over my shoulder once more and we start walking to the building.

We both walked in at the same time, the place filled with students and teachers like usual.

"God now I remember why I hate this place.. too many people"

I made a face I didn't realize I was making until Lee started laughing from besides me

"I don't think any one likes this school Bre"
Lee replied with one of my many nicknames, it always brought a smile to my face whenever he called me it, if I'm being honest.

Hi guys! I think I'm going to end this chapter here, again this is my very first book so go easy on me. This book was out of many many thoughts, I may not be posting a lot because of writers block, I don't have a complete plan of what I'm going to write unfortunately but let me know what y'all think of it so far! It would mean a lot to me :)
