Surprise Announcement

Yoongi was sitting in his office trying to take stock in all he had to complete before him and Jimin went to Paris next month. He smiled at the thought of the trip, but scowled at the amount of paperwork to complete beforehand. There was a knock at his door and in came Yoongi's secretary. She was a beautiful young woman in her early 20's. She had a crush on Yoongi ever since she started working at his building. Her name was Saran Lee. She was wearing a short black skirt and a black silk shirt with the first three buttons undone to show her chest a bit. "Sir, your schedule for the day and your meeting with Mr. Choi is at 2:30pm." Saran said to Yoongi. She came close to Yoongi bending toward him and placing his schedule on his desk. Yoongi said "Thank you, you may leave now." He did not spare a glance at her. Saran frowned thinking to herself, what do I have to do to gain his attention? Maybe at the office party he will relax after a few drinks and I can start to make him mine? She left Yoongi's office and started planning her attire for the office party, which was to be held on Friday.

Yoongi thought about the party on Friday. He hated these events as many men and women tried to get his hand. Many were just gold diggers and a few just wanted to get him in bed.  Yoongi called Jungkook to the office. "Kookie, what do you think about me inviting my Kitten to the party on Friday?" Jungkook replied "Yoons, that would be great, Ill bring Taehyung." Yoongi said "Yeah I am going to introduce him as my partner, maybe all the marriage proposals will stop this year, I hate these events." Jungkook laughed, "Yeah Yoons, those idiots just want to marry their slutty daughters to you to get your money. Yoongi called Jimin.

Jimin answered "Hi Yoongi."
Yoongi said "Hello Kitten, Ummm I have this office party on Friday, I hate these events but most of our partners will be there. I guess what I am trying to ask is will you please attend with me? With you by my side I think I can survive the event." Yoongi let out a nervous laugh.
Jimin laughed saying "Of course I will go with you Yoongi, I love spending time with you."
Yoongi sighed in relief "Thank you Kitten, I will text you the details and I hope you have a great day at work."
Jimin replied "Thank you for inviting me, don't get too drowned in your paperwork that you forget me."
Yoongi said "It would be impossible for me to forget my Kitten, even if I got amnesia my heart would know you."
Jimin said "Ah Yoongi, such a romantic. Have a good day."
Yoongi said "Bye Kitten."
They ended the call .

Yoongi decided to use a driver tonight and  picked up Jimin for the party. Jimin opened the door and Yoongi's jaw dropped at how beautiful Jimin looked.

Jimin chuckled and said "Close your mouth Yoongi or the flies will jump in."
Yoongi was in awe and said "Jimin, you are gorgeous."
Jimin blushed and said "You're pretty handsome yourself Yoongi."

The two then got into Yoongi's car and headed for the party hall.

The event hall was grand and beautiful. It was luxurious with gold fixtures and priceless artwork.
Yoongi's car arrived at the front and as the driver opened the door for him and Jimin, many camera flashes were trying to capture the best picture of the famous CEO. Yoongi and Jimin walked up the stairs together and entered the venue hand in hand. All eyes turned toward them and many were admiring how beautiful the two were together. A few were scoffing because they were hoping to marry their daughters to Yoongi and some of the women were jealous thinking they should be at Yoongi's side, not some man.

Yoongi led Jimin to a head table and asked him if he wanted some champagne. Jimin nodded thinking it would help him relax a little as all eyes kept looking their way. Yes he is used to performing in front of lots of people, but he could usually hide behind the bright lights of the stage and not see them.

Saran looked at the two and thought, Yoongi never brings anyone to these events, maybe he is a family member and would be introduced tonight. She headed for the table and took her seat a couple down from Jimin.
Yoongi brought Jimin his champagne and took a microphone: "Thank you all for attending tonight, I appreciate all the partners and this is to celebrate our success together. We are, again, the number one business in South Korea. I would like to introduce my guest for the evening, everyone please welcome and treat well, my boyfriend Park Jimin." "Enjoy your evening everyone."
Jimin almost choked on his champagne, he stood up and bowed to all and sat back down. His cheeks were blushed. He never thought Yoongi would introduce him as his boyfriend tonight but he was extremely happy.

Saran could not believe what she had just heard. No way that, her Yoongi could have a partner. She had never seen him with anyone and he never talked about anyone. She thought well Park Jimin, your days are numbered Yoongi will be mine.
