"Hey! This is Jack." Thank god he picked up the phone. "How's Anna?" I choke out. "She's still getting stitches for the cuts. But she's ok and she only got cuts. There's nothing else wrong with her." Jack says. "I'm so glad. Give her a hug and kiss from me. Tell her I'm sorry." I sigh. "It's not your fault." Jack reassures me. "Yes it is." I say. "MARI ELLA LOUISE BARAKAT IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT." Jack says. "Fine. Ok. I'm at school so call you later." "Bye Ell. Stay safe." I end the call. "So?" Michael asks. "She's fine." I choke out. "Thank god." He says back. Ash and Abby seem to be really quiet. I look back to find Abby asleep on Ash's chest. We we get to school I shake Abby and we rush to where our new lockers are. Yes the three of us are together! "Hey Marie!" I yell. "Sup Ell! Hey Abby!" She says back. "What are your guys schedules?" Abby asks.

"And advanced, advanced, advanced, Ella." Marie sarcastically says. "Anyways, we all have Pe and art together. That's a plus." Abby says. "Ok so me and Abby have literally a ton of the same classes." I mumble, "Michael and I have the same schedule." "Awesome. So are you guys a thing yet? You've slept together before. Eh? Eh?" Abby nudges me. "Don't bring it up. We were being stupid." I say. "Did you enjoy it and will you be doing it again?" Marie asks. "Probably. We aren't friends with benefits anymore, we're officially boyfriend girlfriend." I say. "We better go. First period starts in 5 minutes." Abby says. I rush to advanced language with Abby and take my seat in the back of the room. "Hello class! My name is Mrs. Boone! I will be teaching you advanced language arts. That includes grammar, writing, and reading. To start out the year, you will need to write 3 paragraphs about you. The first paragraph needs to be all about you. What you like, what you wear, exedra. The second paragraph will be about your family. Lastly, the third paragraph needs to be about your friends and how you see them. I know this might seem like rushing into things, but this is an advanced class. You all can get a Hershey's kiss from right here, then the rest of the class will be for writing. Here we go!" I decided to skip getting a Hershey's kiss and I started to write.
Time passes until I hear the bell ring. "I got paragraph one and three done." I tell Michael as we walk to advanced math. "I got one and two done." I sit in the back of the room in advanced mathematics. "Hello class my name is Mrs. Thomas. Since is the first day of school I won't be doing anything to harsh. So we will do a little multiplication/division race. I know this stuff is like 6th grade level, I want to turn your summer brains off and step on this. Ella and Michael please go to the board. You will have to multiply and divide by 7. Here are the numbers. 7, 14, 82, 56, 168, and 12. Go!" With in one minute I finish. While Michael is on his 4th number.

"Correct! Ella wins! Now I will pick a person to go up against Ella." She says. When class ended I was crowned reigning champ. "Off to advanced science with Marie. This is my last academic. I have them all early in the school day. Advanced science with Mr. Hock went by really fast. I step into the choir room with Abby and we take a seat on the risers. "Hello I am Miss Fox! I am seeing some really familiar faces! Ella, Abby, Emily, Hannah, Mia, Chloe, Carter, and Emmie! Great to have you guys back. I also see two new faces. What are your names?" "My name is Michael and this is Luke." Michael says. "Nice to meet you Michael and Luke! Now we will start off by seeing where you are individually in choir. So I need to see if you are a soprano, alto, tenor, or bass. Ella would you please step here." "Yes ma'am." "Okay now sing up with the piano and stop when it gets too high." "Ok." I end up getting the hugest voice in to class as a 'f' 2 sets away from middle c. When choir ends I head out to the cafe and get a coffee. I didn't feel like eating right now. "Babe your singing was phenomenal." Michael says. "Back at you." "Hey Ell!" Abby yells while motioning me over to her on the opposite side of the room. "Bye babe." I say lightly kissing Michael on the lips. I rush over to Abby and Marie. "Dude we booked a gig for tomorrow." Marie says. "Where?" I ask. "Oh some pizza place." Abby says. Once lunch was over, the three of us rushed over to Pe. We played soccer and I dominated Abby and Marie. "Suck it little kids." I say walking out to the locker room. "Hey I'm two minutes older than you." Abby reminds me. "Shut up. Don't remind me of that." After I got presentable, I ran into the theatre classroom. "Hello Ella!" Miss Fox says. She also teaches this class. Once everyone was in we just did improv for the whole class long. I walk over a class room to the last class of the day, art. We drew self portraits, and not to brag, but my drawing was an almost perfect match. "This day went by fast." I say to Abby as we jump into the car. "I know right. But I felt like all I was doing was just doing a class then running down a hall. Then repeating that all day." "Nice." I'm not sure if I want to call Jack. Anna, who I would die for, is in the hospital with cuts all over the place. That really can traumatise a girl. I dial Jack's number. "Hey Ell." He says. "Hey Jack. How is Anna?" I ask. "Uhm..."
