*At the ball*

Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, it was great

There was actually no chaos or any sort of violence, we were actually prepared for a war to break

But let's not get our hopes up, somethings bound to happen, mostly going wrong

It was getting late and some started leaving but it was still as packed as before

"Papà, have you seen Caterina anywhere?"

Sofia came from behind me looking worried as I came to the thought that I haven't seen Caterina in like 2 or more hours

"Did you check everywhere"

I started looking around with worry plastered all over my face, I know that she's old enough but she would never run off with a guy, I mean she's not even that old enough

"Trovala, ADESSO!"

Translation: Find her, NOW

I yelled as all my guards spread out looking for her

Who could've taken her?

Let's not get any bad ideas, she could've maybe went out for some fresh air

But she wouldn't just wonder off, I know her

"Help! My baby girl's missing"

Alondra Dior caught my attention the moment she shouted out those words

Now I knew something was definitely not right

Someone could've taken Caterina and they're child or maybe Caterina got caught up with all this mess. Nobody knew her until today so who could've taken her

"We need to get going, get the cars ready for Alessandro and Sofia"

I ordered my guards as I made my way to Alessandro

"Boy let's go"

I grabbed him away from the girls he was surrounded by

"Papà what's going on"

"Your sister's missing"

"Sofia's missing?"

"Caterina"

"How did that happen"

We made our way to the car before Alondra and Daniel came up behind us asking us what was going on

"Alessandro get in the car and get Sofia safe"

He knew that by safe I meant our safe house, I couldn't risk them getting hurt so we had to prepare for the worst

"Can you please explain to me where my baby girl is"

She had tears running down her face as Daniel kept on trying to comfort her

We were close friends so I shouldn't lie to them about such a serious matter, because if we would be going to war we would need all hands on deck

"We think that someone has taken my daughter and your daughter too"

Alondra broke down as soon as those words left my lips

"Who is it"

Daniel looked at me with fire in his eyes

"I suspect the Russians, but they had no access so how'd they get in?"

"They're smarter then we think and this time they ambushed us quietly"
