The Red Planet : Prequel

Hi guys, I have been working on this for a while and this is the first part to it, as the others will be uploaded either today or tomorrow . This story is about the 5th Doctor era of Doctor Who, with his companions Tegan and Turlough, although you do not need to of watched his era to read this. General Info is that they land on Mars, and the atmosphere isn't the only threat. So this is it, Part 1 ;)

I am going to say this is some sort of prequel to the actual story as I just introduce some characters and its not a big chapter.

Disclaimer: How much I am obsessed with Doctor Who, i have to say I do not own anything to do with the show or the cast, plots, characters etc.

The machine was operating with no malfunctions, untill it headed towards the time corridor. Time Corridors were created with only oe purpose, to end time itself, this was only their first. Legend has it that once flying parallel with a time corridor, you would have no control over your spaceship. it hurtled through the corridor and lost control. Cracks started to splinter through as the ship crashed to the time corridors edges, they were flying a second into the future. They eventually landed but with great , but not where they were intending to.

They were originally going to see The Drop of Excabular, which only happened once a million years, meteorites would fall and demolish a whole entire kingdom, and then the planet would start again from dust. The only planet able to resurrect millions, The Doctor once said. Of course it would of been a great adventure, and he couldn't belive he hadn't thought of it before. But the travellers would soon forget about that trip as they had just uncovered a masive threat, without them knowing it.

Time Corridors were extremely rare and would hold fractures of time and space inside it. Unlike the time vortex, time corridors would farely damage the machine that entered it. This trio had just happened to land in the famous Red Planet, other known as Mars. They put their spacesuits on and headed outside to to the brand new enviroment. They couldnt breathe the atmosphere as certain chemicals as they were toxic and vial. They struggled to engage through the red rocks as one of them had got their foot trapped.

" Tegan, are you ok? " Turlough, one of the travellers had made note of Tegans struggle and wanted to help her, " we will go get help, won't we Doctor? "

" Yeah sure we will, just let me ... " The Doctor jumped across another rock to take a view at the glorious distance.

" Theres a base up ahead, I will head there with Turlough, Tegan don't move until we come back. "

Tegan eventually lost sight of her friends and stood with her left foot stuck in one of the rocks, but she had no idea that she was being watched....

" We have sight of an unknown lifeform Sir," A man was sitting at a control panel and was watching the latest CCTV footage of the grounds in The Red Planet.

" Let the warriors take her, " Added another man.

"But if we go to CCTV 2 minutes earlier there is 2 other lifeforms, supposedly her friends, but one of them seems to call himself a doctor, sir." Behind them was a shadow figure and it was lying down conncected to machinerairy.

"A doctor, you say? Thats just what I need," The shadow figure ended their conversation.
