Chapter 1.

There is a lot of things im going to miss about cali. Like the amazing mall and the beach and hanging around the park with chole and going to disney land.

But there are things that im not going to miss. like sharing a room with my brat of a sister kia and driving in traffic and California state High. Im definitely NOT going to miss that.

I was awakened by the sound of my mothers voice.

"ROWAN!! WAKE UP YOUR GOING TO BE LATE" she shouted from downstairs.

i groaned and buried my head into my pillow. just 5 more minutes then i will...

"ROWAN!!!" mom shouted again but louder.

i heard footsteps pounding up the stairs and kia flew into the room.

"mom wants you up now" she says cheerfully.

god...how can anyone be so happy in the morning?

"tell me something i dont know" i scwol at her.

Kia sticks her tounge out and walks over to the dressing table,sorting out her long golden hair which is a french plait today. she smiles at herself and winks into the mirror. She is very vain.

Kia is my sister who is 20 and has a part time job at starbucks while she is studying to become a teacher in college. She Thinks shes amazing and has always been the family favourite. i mean no wounder. Shes pretty and all the boys love her. yeah i admit. i envy her.

i groan once more and roll out of bed. i pad down the stairs into the kitchen were mom is at the cooker making eggs. she smiles when she sees me.

"Good morning Row! ready for the last day of school?" she asks.

"no...actually yeah i am. cant wait to live that shithole of a school" i reply.

"Rowan language please" mom frowns.

"Its true though!" i protest."anyway i will miss chole,the beach and disney land"

"I think Ohama has a beach and you will make new friends there like that!"mom says snapping her fingers.

i shrug and quickly ate my toast and ran upstairs to get changed.

i decided to wear my crop top with some high wasted jeans and a grey cardigan with my white converse.

i let my hair out naturely which was curly and long. i add my eyeline,r mascara and bb cream. i smiled. i have to admit i looked good.

i run downstairs and wave good bye to my mom. i grab my bag and car keys and phone and walk out the front door.i stopped on the steps and closed my eyes. The cool summer breeze felt calm and the sun was warm on my back. i smiled and opened my eyes. i didnt want to leave cali in 2 weeks time.

i go over to my jeep and started it up and reversed out the drive. whilst driving it then hit me.

this was the last time i would ever drive to california state high.
