— Rosy best mother in law in the world, please tell me there's food in here — The girl arrived at her boyfriends parents restaurant starving
She was long past the nervous and shy self in front of them, they had been in Tenerife since the end of La Liga and Pedri didn't think twice before dragging his girlfriend along, he was up to date with how her family would most likely not be around anyways, might as well surround her with her new one.
Being in Tenerife meant doing a lot of the activities Pedri used to do when he lived here, his friends and family included and someway they thought it was a good idea to teach the girl how to play football, spoiler, she wasn't good at all.
This was probably the fourth day in a row that she was dragged to play the game with them and she was done. She had all the excuses in the world as to why she wouldn't be able to return to a game ever again in her life and she was set on using them.
She escaped from the game as quickly as she could, being subbed on by Javi, Aurora's boyfriend who was visiting Tenerife along the Gavira family and she ran as fast as she could to the restaurant that wasn't that far.
— Croquetas? — Rosy smiled arriving at the table that the Gavira women were seating and now her daughter in law
— God, please — She said salivating at the sight in front of her
— I told you to run away — Aurora pointed out and chuckled
Aurora was also dragged into the games but unlike the girl she didn't try to make her brother and boyfriend happy for longer than two days, after that she refused to even kick a ball and Milla was sure that was what she was supposed to have done
— I learned my lesson, never returning there again — She confessed and the three laughed at the exhaustion in her face
— I see how it is, you give her croquetas and nothing to your son — Pedri said arriving behind the girl scaring the living crap out of her before trying to steal one of them
— Get your hands away from my food González — She said slapping his hand away seeing his fake hurt face — You made me run around like a maniac in this sun and heat, I'm eating all of them and you aren't getting a single one.
— Mom? — Pedri asked and the woman laughed
— I asked the kitchen to do more for you already — Rosy said laughing at her son
— I want yours, though — He pouted seating next to his girlfriend
— Too bad, today I only made for those ladies over here — She said smiling at the scene in front of her
Milla sticking her tongue out to her boyfriend who faked hurt of her childish response.
— Clearly there are favorites here — Fer said looking at his mother
— Yeah and in case you two haven't realized yet, it's Milla, not you two — Gavi butted in giving the girl a high five before seating as well
— Don't worry guys, you two can still be each others favorites — Milla pointed out to the González brothers
— There's still my dad to save the day — Pedri said and his father chuckled
— We got the daughter we never had... — Fernando said making his sons mouth hang open and the rest of the table irrupt in laughter
— Do you want ice cream to cry in your bedrooms? — Milla looked at the two and chuckled
— Milla is my favorite as well — Fer shrugged seeing the offense in his brother's face and the laughter increasing
— I hate you — Pedri said looking at the brunette next to him who just chuckled
— We all know that's a big fat lie — She smiled smugly at him
— That's true — He smiled rolling his eyes at her
— Love you too, loser — She said pecking his lips quickly
— Love you, brat — He said earning a slap to his arm
— Don't you ever call me a brat again, González.
