I picked up my laptop and sat on my bed to finish a brand new file that bitch ass Miguel assigned me.
"Why is this fi-." I was stopped by my phone ringing.
I got up so fast making the laptop fly off my lap.
I ignored that laptop and ran to the dinning table almost most skipping on my way.
I picked up without even looking at the caller ID
"H-hello!?" I said while sitting down.
"Hey, is this Sonia?" The other side of the call said

"Hey Soni, it's Malik"
"Heyyy Malik, h-how's it going!?"
