The Legends of the Four Realms

Chapter 1: The Summoning

One day there was a boy,

The boy's name was Yuto, and he had always felt like an outsider in his own world. Despite being born and raised in Japan, Yuto had always felt like he didn't quite fit in with his peers. He had always been fascinated by stories of magic and adventure, of knights and dragons and heroes.

One day, while wandering alone in the forest, Yuto stumbled upon a small, hidden shrine. Inside the shrine, he found an old scroll written in a language he didn't recognize. Curiosity getting the best of him, Yuto began to read the scroll aloud.

Suddenly, the wooden walls of the shrine began to shudder and shake. Yuto stumbled backwards in fear as the floor beneath him began to crack. The sound of rumbling echoed in his ears as he tried to steady himself.

Then, a bright light engulfed him.

When the light faded, Yuto found himself lying on the ground in a strange land he had never seen before. The sky above was a bizarre mix of pink and purple, with stars shining brightly even in the daylight.

Yuto stood up and looked around, wondering where he was. That's when he saw the creatures.

They were unlike anything Yuto had ever seen before. There were beings with wings like butterflies, others with fur like wolves, and some with glowing eyes. All of them were looking at him with curiosity, as if they had never seen a human before.

Suddenly, a voice rang out from behind Yuto. "Welcome to the realm of the four."

Yuto spun around to see a tall, regal figure walking towards him. The figure had long, flowing hair and wore ornate armor. Yuto couldn't help but be entranced by the figure's otherworldly beauty.

"My name is Lucien," the figure said, "and I have summoned you here Yuto of Japan."

Yuto's mind raced as he tried to make sense of what was happening. "Why did you summon me?" he asked finally.

Lucien's eyes flashed with amusement. "Because," he replied with a smile, "you are the chosen one."
