Chapter 4: Popping the question

Jack's Pov

Mark said he was going to take me out somewhere I wonder where. But I didn't care I love him and his attempts to be romantic.

Mark's Pov

I'm going to take Sean to the park. I know how much he loves nature. I'm going to ask him. I'm going to ask him to be mine forever. I hope he says yes. I really do love him. This is making me nervous. My fear of rejection is coming back. It reminds me of this fear before I asked Sean to be my boyfriend. I sighed no turning back now. I put on a nice flannel shirt qnd some jeans it is the park after all. I grabbed the ring and put it in my pocket. Jack came down the stairs wearing a green hoodie and jeans like me. I gave him his cap. He put it on and asked me where we were going. I said to the park. He smiled "I love nature " We left the apartment to the park. We walked through most of the nature areas and every once in a while he would joke about slender man. We kept walking till we were in front of a lake. We sat to take a break. It was very romantic here. I thought to myself. I looked at him. Now would be perfect. He stood up and went to waters edge. "Hey mark isn't this beautiful" I smiled and nodded "it's amazing but not as amazing as you" He blushed "thanks" 'It's now or never' I told myself. "Jack there's something I want to ask you" "What is it mark" I pulled out the ring from my pocket and got down on one knee. He gasped and covered his mouth. "Sean we've been together for a year now and...I have strong feelings for you...it feels like it's ment to be...I know I might not be boss enough for you but...Sean William Mcloughlin will you marry me" I looked at him with hopeful eyes. He stood there in shock for a while before answering. "O-of course Mark....yer I mean it would my honor to marry you" I was so happy. I slipped the ring on his finger. We hugged and kissed passionately. Finally he will be mine forever.
