Nured the Spell Caster

It was the day of the hunt and Nured was watching the knights, mages, and archers gathering their weapons Nured always thought the mages are the strongest even if the knights lead the hunting group, however Nured's friend was always fond of the archers he believed without the archer watching their backs from the trees the entire team would perish. The entire team was ready to hunt down the Undead Knight he leads an army of undead warriors that we have been tracking for months. As the the teams leave there is endless cheering following them out.

Nured walked back home a mile or so when he found a book and on the front it read "Malum libellus" , Nured opened the book and he quickly figured out that the book is in latin, which Nured can not read, but he tries to sound out a line in the book anyway "VA-LE-BUNT", it took a second, but then Nured was floating three feet off the ground. He tried to stay calm and reach for the levitating book, then it flipped the pages on it's own and landed on one page that had one word on it finis so Nured tried yelling, "FINIS!" he fell and decided that this is a spell book, and that he should hold off on spells for now.
