Elle knew how she and Lucius Malfoy seemed to be getting closer. She knew that there was a connection between them and it scared her.

She knew how her brother was treating her like she was nothing and she hated it. She hated how Harry treated her and she wanted to make it work.

Elle walked into the great hall. She sighed as she saw Harry who was looking at her and glaring. She sat with Draco who smiled. "Are you okay?" Draco asked.

Elle looked to him. She smiled and nodded. "I have been better," she said as she made up some breakfast.

"I know what it's like for you. To have Potter as your brother. I know what he is like with you. But you shouldn't let him get to you. You deserve better than that. He's not worth it," Draco said as Elle sighed.

She knew what he was right. And she knew how Harry and the golden trio treated her. They had treated her like crap for years and she hated it. She just wanted for everything to be okay.

"You're right. I don't need him. It's just my family you know?" she said.

Draco nodded. "I get that talking of family, have you seen my sister anywhere?" He asked.

Elle smiled. "Probably asleep still. You know what she is like," Elle said as Draco nodded.

Elle knew Cassie was off with someone who she was sleeping with but she didn't know who.

But she knew that Draco didn't need to know that.

Elle got to Hogsmeade where she saw Lucius. She knew how she couldn't stop thinking about him. And she knew it was wrong.

His children were her best friends. But she knew that there was something about him that she couldn't quite put her finger on.

"Well If I didn't know any better, I would say that you were avoiding me," Lucius said as he walked over to her.

Elle smiled. "And why would I do that?" She asked.

Lucius stepped towards her and smiled. "You tell me. As if I didn't know any better, then I would say that we had a connection," he said as he stepped towards her. He placed a hand on her cheek.

Elle looked to him and frowned. She could feel the tension between them and it scared her.

Elle stoked back. She looked to him and smirked. "See you later Mr Malfoy," she said as she walked off.

Knowing that she'd do something she'd regret it if she didn't.

Elle walked into the common room. She saw Cassie and smiled as she walked over and sat next to her. "Hey," she said.

Cassie smiled. "And where have you been?"

Elle looked to her and winked. "The same thing I'd ask you at breakfast. Your brother is asking questions about it. Are you going to tell me who you are sleeping with?" She asked as she looked to be and smirked.

"A girl is entitled to a secret," Cassie said as Elle looked to her and smiled knowing that she was right.

But Elle had no idea how things were going to change. And it was all down to Lucius Malfoy.
