A few months ago..

I sat in art, looking at the clock on the wall desperate for it to turn 9:03 already. The class went annoyingly slow as I listened to my friends blabber about random guys.

"You know he's cuter, Brit," Ashley yelled at Brit, while shoving a phone in her face to show a picture. "Zach Efron is fine as hell."

Brit grimaced at the half naked picture of Zach and pushed the phone away abruptly.

"Nah, who's really cute is Aladdin." She grinned. Ashley squinted her eyes at her best friend in confusion.

"That doesn't count though, he's a cartoon character." Ashley said shaking her head as she scrolled through Google to find more Zach Efron pictures, groaning when she sees him in boxers. Brit glares at Ashley.

"So? He's a dude isn't he? And he's fine and mine. God, I want all of him." She remarked smirking, making me laugh across the table. My friends are so weird. Brit giggles and pushes her friend.

"Okay, you need to chill."

"So do you! I'm not the one trying to look up porn of Zac!" Brit exclaims, laughing even harder when Ashley blushes.

"I'm not looking up porn! Just pictures of him with little clothing on.." She mumbles going back to her phone.

"Mhmm." Said Brit, as they continued to mention other "attractive" men. Deciding not to listen anymore, I put in my headphones listening to Coldplay as I work on my self portrait. When the bell rings, I rush out the door making my way to plastics. I tend to speed walk to my classes as a habit my friends hate, but It's hard not to since I'm so energetic every day.

We just started a new semester which meant one thing, new classes, and plastics just happens to be one of them. I was excited and nervous as I entered the unfamiliar room, with the smell of wood and paint. I sat down at a wooden table with random writings drawn on with a sharpie marker and paint splatters spread across it. I was the first one in the room till people started entering a few seconds later. I see one of my friends Carly walk in and sit right infront of me.

"Hey! We have this class together!" She smiled at me as she put down her backpack beside her.

"I know right, we like barely have-"

"Oh gosh it smells so bad in here," She scrunched up her nose in disgust. "Thought at least it would smell like you know, plastic." I only nodded. I'm used to getting interrupted by people, It may be annoying at times but I try not to let it bother me. Out of no where I felt hands grab my shoulders making me flinch.

"Anaaaaaa, what up girl?!" I turned around to see my other friend Courtney, with that big natural grin of hers. I smiled wide at her excitement. Courtney is one of my best friends. You know the kind of best friend where you can share secrets and feel completely comfortable with, that was her. She sat down next to me and I repositioned myself towards her.

"I'm so excited! I wonder what this class will be like, oh god I'm nervous are you nervous?" She says playing with her hands. I nodded.

"Kind of.. but hey your in this class with me so at least there's already a benefit." I replied, making her dramatically gasp, batting her eyelashes at me, while putting her fingers on her lip.

"Oh, Analeigh, I'm flattered." She winked at me, making me laugh. We started talking about her boyfriend, how he's "so cute" or a "silly asshole" like what she called him. They tend to go on and off, I just don't understand their relationship sometimes, but it's good to stay out of it though. Sometimes, I don't believe in love or relationships, like, have you seen my generation? People these days would just want a loyal like lover whose not really their's while they flirt with others. It makes it very hard for me to believe that there is someone, some perfect boy just waiting for me.

"AHHHH!! OH MY GOD!!" I jump yet again but, this time to Carly's screaming, and looked up to her grinning and charged at someone. I turned my view to see who it is and it's some boy I've never seen before. He opens his arms smiling as she jumps in them, I guess that's her boyfriend or something.

"Oh my gosh, I missed you!" She said happily while she runs back to her seat. He chuckles and walks to the table and sits next to me.

"Missed you too."

"So you left U.C huh?" Carly questioned, the grin still never leaving her face. He nods.

"Yeah," He groaned. "It sucked there."

"I know right it does." Carly agreed, and I looked at her narrowing my eyes. Someone, I'm guessing our teacher, walked into the room and told everyone to be silent for him to speak.

"Well hello class, I'm Mr. Bumble-"
A few people snicker.
"And welcome to plastics. It's a simple class, really, and I promise to make it fun in here okay?" He announced and everyone nodded their head.

"Good, okay let's start off with learning something easy, like how to bend the plastic so could everyone please come over to this table so I may show you." Everyone stood up and followed behind Mr. Bumble, surrounding the table, leaving Courtney, me, and the new kid standing in the back of the group.

"Uh, hey," The boy said next to me while lifting his hand up in my direction. "I'm Liam." I smiled kindly and shook his hand.

"Analeigh." I mumbled, letting go of his warm grasp. He was pretty handsome with his hazel eyes, and perfectly made face, It was like looking at a model. I turned back to Mr. Bumble putting a piece of plastic on a heat bar thingy.

"Okay so class, this is a very hot machine which could possibly burn your finger. So I suggest being mature and use the gloves on the table I've left for you." He sighed while he went across the room getting more plastic for us to bend. I crossed my arms to my chest and walked back to the table, Liam following close behind. Courtney, being joyful as she is waves at Liam.

"Hiii, I'm Courtney and I love bath bombs how about you?" She questioned. I looked over at Liam as he stared at her confused.

"Uh, I love motorcycles," He replied. "Nothing I love more." Courtney nodded and looked down obviously stopping the conversation there, of boredom I guess. I awkwardly laugh and put my head down. For the remaining class time, we decided to just sit at the table and draw, completely avoiding the task we had to do, which was bending the plastic of course. I just finished my drawing and lifted it up.

"FINISHED!" I exclaimed. Liam lifted his head from his phone and looked over, bursting out laughing. My drawing was a guy with awkwardly huge muscles, has a lil quiff for a hair style, and a outgoing grin that can catch anyone's eyes.

"What the hell is that?" He questioned, probably questioned my sanity, but.

"His name is Carl and it's a he so be respectful!" I said laughing as I put it away in my backpack.

"You're so weird." He said. When I looked up he was grinning at me. I blushed and nudged him.

"I'll take that as a compliment." I smirked. As the class ended, I walked out of class with a huge smile on my face but why? How can one boy make me smile after just one hour?
