Ross's POV
We all spent at least two hours in the pool today, hell I think me and Riley spent more then two judging by the wrinkling of hers and my hands. After changing into a clean pair of clothing I began to bound down stairs to see Riley all dressed up in pink. It became clear to me that Rydel had been playing dress-up with her "Daddy look! I'm a princess!" Riley cried as she spotted me coming down the stairs. A wide grin spread across my face as I  reached the bottom of the staircase. The small blonde little girl that I knew as my child came running up to me before raising her arms silently saying 'Hold me' I complied to her silent request carefully lifting the small fragile petite little five year old in my arms and smiling. "Well, your the prettiest princess that I have ever seen" I said softly  gaining a look of disbelief from my child along with a squeak of "Do you really mean that?" I nodded before flashing her a small smile "I mean it." I said. An awww came from the right side of the living room which made me turn my head to see who had just witnessed that, of course it was Delly. I looked back at Riley before speaking once again "Why don't you go play with auntie Rydel? Daddy has to take care of some business" I asked, the petite blonde frowned before whispering an "Okay" as I put her down carefully. After Rydel and Riley had left the room I let out a sigh running my fingers through my hair and heading back upstairs.

I sifted through box after box in the attic searching for something, I don't even remember what it is. As I was sifting through a box of photo's I came to one particular one that made my heart leap from my chest and froze, it was Laura and I on the last day of filming Austin & Ally, images started flashing through my mind as I looked at this one photo. I let out a sigh and whispered "I'm sorry I couldn't be there for you" before gently placing it into my wallet. What was the point of looking for whatever the hell I was looking for now when I couldn't even remember what it was? Carefully placing the boxes back in there places I began to walk down the attic stairs.

As I entered the large living room I spotted Riley and Rydel sitting on the floor playing tea party, a slight grin appeared on my face as I walked towards them. Carefully I sat beside Riley and grinned before quirking an eyebrow up "Is there room for one more guest?" I questioned as she began to nod eagerly. Yeah it was a bit girly for me but I wasn't going to pass up an opportunity to play with my daughter, I now understood the saying they grow up to fast and it honestly startled me.
