For example, feeling both happy and sad, or feeling scared and excited simultaneously. It's like finding something to be both right and wrong at once.
This is what I’m going through right now.
The girl in the mirror looks beautiful in her bridal attire and jewelry.
She’s feeling nervous, excited, happy, and sad all at once. Today, that girl is getting married to the prince of her dreams.
Today, she is extremely happy. But despite everything, there's a feeling that makes her unwell, like something terrible is about to happen.
I heard the door open, and my Dida came in.
"My dear, you look so beautiful. I can't believe today is your wedding," she said to me while looking at me with happiness.
Yes, that girl is me, Siya Mehra. Today, I’m marrying the love of my life, my Arjun, my everything. But still, I’m scared, and I don’t know why.

I told her what was inside my heart.
She hugged me tightly, and I kept crying. After a while, I looked at her with my wet eyes. She wiped my tears, kissed me on the forehead, and smiled.
"This happens to everyone. Whenever we do something new in life, we get scared. You’re about to get married, so feeling scared and nervous is very common. It doesn’t matter whether it’s an arranged marriage or a love marriage!"
Hearing her made me feel better!
"I can understand, baby, why you’re scared. You feel like you’ll have to start a new life with your husband, leaving everything behind, and everything will be new." She explained to me.
I nodded.
"I’m not worried at all, even though you’re marrying Arjun. He’s a really sweet man. My son-in-law takes such good care of you, it’s like he loves you as much as your father.
