Third Person Pov 

~Flashback~ 

Dayvon felt his heart split in half once the trigger was pulled and kevin fell and the gun dropped onto the ground. Dayvon grabbed onto to kevin tightly holding him close and using one of his hands to apply pressure to the gunshot wound. "How could you lil folks" Dayvon whispers while applying as much pressure to the wound as possible. He then moved to the front seat and sped down the road. 

He had kevin in his lap and was still using one hand to apply pressure and the other to speed down the road. Soon he arrived at the hospital and carried kevin bridal style into the hospital and kissed his forehead before the doctors took him away. 

~End of flashback~ 

Dayvon placed his hand under kevins hospital gown caressing kevin's side. Kevin looked at dayvon in pure shock but he already knew dayvon was only acting like this because he had gotten injured and that once he was healed things would go right back to normal. "I'm so happy your alright lil folks you scared me" Dayvon says before pecking kevin's lips sweetly. 

"Well i'm fine so you can go" Kevin says grabbing dayvon's hand moving it away. "I ain't going nowhere and you ain't going nowhere else either i already told you we in this for life and you keep trying to leave me baby" Dayvon says before intertwining their fingers and cupping the side of kevin's face before kissing him sweetly. "I love you lil folks" Dayvon says after pulling away. 

Kevin felt his heart skip a beat at the look in dayvon's eyes and the words. Those sweet words that felt like meaningless nothings before but right here right now he's saying it as if he means it and kevin wasn't sure how to handle that. Actions speak so much louder than words and kevin found himself having flashbacks of everything that happened before which overruled dayvon rushing him here. 

"I-i'm really tired i need some rest" Kevin says looking away feeling his heart doing cartwheels in his chest. "Alright" Dayvon says with a hint of hurt in his voice before sitting down in one of the chairs next to the bed. "I'm right here if you need me" Dayvon says earning a nod from the other male. Two days later kevin was free to go home and he was afraid of what awaited him there.
