Chapter 5 : Raavi Blasts On Shiva

Next morning Raavi Shiva leaves the hotel. They return to home. Shiva take a rest that day but Raavi continues working in the office.

At Shiva's home.

Prerna : Toh Shiva sab ache se hua na?

Shiva : Haan bhabhi..Acha bhabhi aapko mujhe exam ke padhai mein help karne padegi kyunki..yeh office ke chakkar mein padhai hi nahi ho paati...

Dev: Aree mein tujhe koi bhi practical subject Kara dunga..usme mein expert hoon...

Krish : Haan Pata hain..isliye toh Sara itni jhat phat hui..

Dev glares.

Gautam : Galat kya bola usne? Barabar hi toh..(laughs)

Suman : Bas kitni taang khichoge mere phool jaise bache ki..

Sara : Dadi..phool ya fir fool? Kyunki fool matlab toh stupid na..toh kya aap dad ko fool bol rahi ho?

Everyone laughs aloud.

Dev : Shiva tu mat has zyada..tu bhi bahot jald balli ka bakra banega..

Shiva : Time haina par..tab tak toh enjoy karne do..

Gautam : Haan sahi hain..phir bartan khaana banana yeh sab toh karna hi hain..toh abhi tu job karle..

Shiva : Kaise bhai ho? Shaadi ko daravna naam deke rakha hain..

Krish : Ladoo khaane ka nuksaan aur fayda dono hota hain..meetha lagta hain par fir pet bhi dukhta hain

Prerna : Kya? Kya kaha tune?

Krisha : Yahi baby ki..mujhe toh meetha hi laga..(sheepishly smiles)

Next morning Shiva leaves for office.
He is working in the office when Raavi calls up a meeting to to discuss  some important points. She smiles at Shiva. Shiva smiles back at her.

Employee 1 : No way..yeh Raavi ma'am ne tujhe smile di kya?

Shiva : Nahi toh..mujhe di..Maine toh dekha nahi..(averting his eyes)

Maya : Maam aapke liye kuch parcel aaya hain.

Raavi : Keep it aside I will look into it after the meeting.

After wrapping up the meeting everyone leaves but Shiva notices the rose that he gave in Raavi's vase which is placed on her table. He walks to her table while Raavi is opening the parcel. She looks at a card.

Shiva : Raavi yeh gulaab ache lag Rahe hain(Teasingly)

Suddenly seeing the card Raavi's eye turns red. Anger could visibly seen in her eyes.

Raavi : Just get out. RIGHT NOW. and  what is this RAAVI? CALL ME MAAM. Ek din ache se baat kar li iska matlab yeh mat samajna ki mein tumhari dost hoon. Mein tumhari maam hi hoon.

Shiva : Problem kya hain Raavi? Mein toh bas gulaab ke..

Raavi : Yeh gulaab..

She picks it up and throws it on his shirt.

Raavi : GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE..AND TAKE THESE FLOWERS OUTTA HERE RIGHT NOW!

Shiva gets angry.

Shiva : Professional life aur personal life alag rakhna seekho.

Raavi : What?

Shiva : Yeh jo parcel dekh ke tum aagbabula huyi ho..uska gussa kisi aur pe mat nikalo..

Raavi : YOU!

Maya: Maam my stomach is paining a lot.

Maya cries inconsolably. Raavi runs to her and holds her stomach.

Raavi : We need to go to Mrs. Sharma's place right now..

Maya : But maam aapka driver ghar gaya hain..he was not well..

Raavi : Hum kuch Rickshaw Cab dekhte hain..

Maya and Raavi are leaving..

Maya : But maam it's raining heavily..Cab kaha se milegi.?

Shiva takes steps and rushes down quickly. He takes out a bike and drives where Raavi and Maya are trying to find a auto..

Shiva: Maya jaldi baitho..Maam aap rickshaw pakad ke peeche aao..Maya ko doctor ke pass leke jana bahot zaroori hain..

Raavi : Oh please..ab tum sikhaoge..

Shiva : Nahi maam..par Maya ke bache ko kuch nahi hona chahiye..

Maya and Raavi look at each other surprised.

Maya : Tumhe kaise?

Shiva : Abhi time nahi hain Maya.. jaldi baitho.

Maya sits with Shiva while Raavi gets rickshaw after 5 mins and she reaches doctors place.

Raavi : Kaha hain woh?

Shiva : Doctor checkup kar rahi hain.

Maya comes out with doctor.

Doctor : Acha hua aa gaya..kuch galat khaa liya tha shayad ya aaj Kal food poisoning ke cases bahot chal Rahe hain..darne ki zaroorat nahi hain..bacha safe hain..

Raavi : Thank you doctor.

Maya sits down. Raavi gives her water.

Shiva : Jab college mein seminar ke liye aaye the..tab baat karte huye suna tha maam ko aur tujhe...toh isliye..

Maya : Thank you Shiva aaj ke liye..

Raavi : Maya tu aaj ghar chali ja..Maine Jiya ko call Kiya hain voh aa rahi hain tujhe lene..

Jiya is a caretaker who works at Maya's place. Maya nods.

Shiva : Maya tum bura na maano toh? Voh Tumhara husband?

Raavi : Chodke nahi gaya(angrily) bahot immandaar tha..mere office mein hi kaam karta tha..the most beautiful human being I have ever seen.

Maya : Accident hogya 3 mahine pehle..aur mujhe tab hi Pata chala mein pregnant thi..(cries)

Shiva kneels down and holds Maya hands.

Shiva : Tumhe rone ki zaroorat nahi..Bahot Himmatwali ho tum Maya...aur tumhare bache ki toh itni badi family hain..Mere gharwale sab bahot khush honge yeh baat sun kar..4 chachu milege unko..3 chachi aur ek dadi..1 bhai aur 1 behen

Maya chuckles..

Shiva slowly whispers.

Shiva : Aur ek khadoos maasi..(smiles)

Maya laughs.

Raavi : Excusme?

Maya : Par 4 chacha 3 chachi? Disbalance lag raha hain..mere bache ko toh 4 chachi hi chahiye..

Shiva : Jald milegi..

Jiya comes and takes away Maya. Shiva sits on his bike. Raavi is trying to find auto or cab. Shiva starts his bike and stand beside Raavi. Raavi walks ahead a little..Shiva takes his bike ahead..This goes on for few times when Raavi finally makes a face and sit. She holds the bike support from behind. Shiva is driving and thinking about the card when suddenly a bumper comes and applies break harshly. Raavi jolts forward and holds his shoulder tightly digging her nails..

Shiva : Aaah...Billi se bhi khatarnaak nakhun hain aapke maam

Raavi : Shiva tum..

Shiva : Voh card mein kya tha Raavi?

Raavi looks at him.

Raavi : Mujhe iss baare mein koi baat nahi Karni. She steps down and starts walking when Shiva holds her hand and pulls her back. Their faces just few cms away..

Shiva : Raavi(huskily)...batao please

Raavi is teary eyed..
