Chapter 10: Broly Babysits

Broly unfortunately struggled with releasing the transformation that he was trying to obtain for a while. While no luck, he decided to head to capsule corp. He sees Bulma trying to do her work, but Baby Trunks kept crying. Bulma groans as she wishes she could get some peace and quiet. She hasn't gotten sleep since Baby Trunks has kept crying. Broly watched as it annoyed him more. Broly sighed as he wished this could be over. Bulma then noticed Broly as she then got an idea.

Bulma said "Broly your new job is to watch Trunks. I gotta go buy some baby stuff for him and this project, too. So please watch him carefully. "

Broly said, "Woman! I never agreed to this! Vegeta should be watching him, not me!"

Bulma said "Please Broly. I promise to make you a feast after I finish this project." Broly sighed as he couldn't say no to a feast of food.

Broly said "Fine I'll watch the kid."

Bulma said, "Thank you, Broly!" She leaves to do her project. Broly stares at Baby Trunks. Baby Trunks looks at Broly and then begins to cry.

Broly said "No don't cry..." Baby Trunks continues to cry. Broly was now getting more annoying. He wonder how Future Bulma handled Future Trunks when he was a kid. "This brat can't shut up..." He then gets an idea. "You know what. Let's get some fresh air." He took Baby Trunks outside snd flies with him in his arms as Baby Trunks stops crying. He sees the clouds and sky.

Baby Trunks giggled. "Goo! Goo!" He giggles so much as Broly sigh in relief.

Broly said "Thank god the brat is quiet." He sighed as he looked around for a place to eat. Well it's been rough for him to find one since both Perfect Cell's destroyed most places for people to stay at to eat or sleep. But he sees the humans are rebuilding their homes and other different their society. "At least earthlings aren't lazy." He looks at Baby Trunks as Baby Trunks makes a fart noise. Broly smelled it and begins to regret smelling it. "Gah! That smell is terrible! What did you eat!" Baby Trunks was crying again as Broly groans as he sees Baby Turnks diaper full. "Oh no...I don't know how to change him." He keeps crying as Broly was beginning to have a headache. Suddenly a lady came over seeing this.

Lady said "Hey there young man. Having trouble?"

Broly said "Uh..yeah I am."

Lady said "No worries. I got him for you. Seems like he had a stinky accident."

Broly said "Uh..yeah he has. I'm not good at changing diapers, nor good at taking care of babies.."

Lady said "Aww but you seem like a softy" She chuckled as Broly sighed as he sees Baby Trunks all happy and not crying. "You just gotta be patient and gentle."

Broly said "Thanks um.."

Lady said "My name is Launch." She sneezes as Launchs blonde side hits.

Broly said "Woah a super saiyan?"

Launch said "A super what? Look here mister, don't try and think weird. I will beat the brains out of you. And-" She sees Baby Trunks. "You know what. I'm in a good mood. Here give the kid whatever he wants." She hands him 1000 dollars in a band. Broly was quite curious what this was. He didn't know much about money. Launch hears sirens. "Ah crap the cops are probably looking for me. Cya!" Broly sees Launch running away.

Broly said "What a strange lady." He kept walking with Baby Trunks as he looks around, wondering what to get for Baby Trunks. Suddenly, Baby Trunks saw a cute adorable toy. It was a train. Broly looked and saw this. "You want this?" Baby Trunks clapped his hands happily. "Alright then." He went inside the toy store as every stared at him with wide eyes. "Um.." He then sees the train toy. He grabs it but then a man grabs it from him. "Hey! Hand it over. I grabbed it and you snatched it."

Man said "Oh I'm sorry sir. I need this more than you. This is for my collection." Broly sees Baby Trunks begin to cry as he groan. "Shut that baby up." Broly then grips the man's shirt.

Broly said "Don't disrespect the child..he wants the toy and your being an ass." The man shivers in fear as he begins to pee in his pants. Baby Trunks stops crying and laughs at the man being embarrassed. "Ew..that's gross." The man hands Broly the train as Broly drops him and then heads to the cash register.

Cashier said "That will be 10 dollars sir." Broly puts the money the counter. The cashier sweat dropped as he just took the 10 dollar bill. "Well here's your receipt sir. Enjoy little one." The cashier hands the toy to Baby Trunks. He giggles at his new toy as Broly sigh in relief. He walks to the park and sat on a bench and let Baby Trunks play with the toy train.

Broly said "Finally what a day." He felt his stomach growl. "I'm hungry." He sees a hotdogs stand. "I wonder what food they have." He got up and left Baby Trunks alone. He orders a lot of hotdogs to eat. He pays for the food as he got his money back as he went to go back to see Baby Trunks as he was gone. "Oh shit..." He panics as he went to find him.

●2 hours pass●

Broly said "Bulma is gonna kill me!...Much worse Trunks is gonna kill me! I need to find that damn baby!" He heard people talking about a flying baby as he then asks the people about the flying baby. They told him that a flying baby was near the ice cream shop. Broly went to the ice cream shop where he sees Baby Trunks flying and holding ice cream in his hand. There he saw a man on the ground looking hurt.

Broly said "Trunks get down this instant!" Baby Trunks giggled and flew down to Broly's arms holding his ice cream.

Store Owner said "Oh my are you the child's guardian? He's a hero! He saved my shop from being robbed! For that, the ice cream is free of charge!" Broly was surprised by Baby Trunks beating up the robber. The police takes the robber in the car as the robber mutters that he doesn't wanna see the kid ever again. "Let's go home kid." He flew Baby Trunks home as Bulma was finishing her project as she saw the two come inside.

Bulma said "Hey Broly, how was your time with trunks?"

Broly said "Much intresting and well I got to explore the city with him."

Bulma said "Mhm. Care to explain this." She holds a newspaper showing a picture of Trunks licking ice cream as the title of the newspaper said "FLYING BABY SAVES ICE CREAM STORED FROM BEING ROBBED". Broly sweats a lot as he caught red handed.

Broly said "Okay okay. I might of ate some hot dogs and left him by himself and he flew away and well I found him! So at least he's not gone." Bulma sighs and laughs softly.

Bulma said "Okay okay. Your not in trouble. But next time just don't leave him alone. He likes to explore. Anyways your dinners on the table. By the way my future son was looking for you. He said he wants to train with you tommorow. I'm guessing he wants to get stronger against Cell." Broly quietly nods as she sighs. "Promise me he won't die..." Broly then nods at her and leaves with the food.

●Meanwhile●

Future Cell said "You know I always wonder. Should we make the arena a square shape arena or a circle."

Present Cell said "Obviously a square. It's sense."

Future Cell said "By why not a circle arena. Imagine circling around while fighting." Present Cell sighs as he didn't know why his future self wanted to talk about this.

Present Cell said "We must focus. We must train in order to get stronger."

Future Cell said "What, you think these pests will get stronger than us?"

Present Cell said "Well it's a suggestion. I need someone to fight. So your perfect for it." Future Cell sighs and agrees with him as they both spar in the dessert."
