Happy birthday

Morning again.....

I stumbled out of my bed, Today is my bday but I don't feel any excitement, The house is empty right now, and calm. I would have loved this atmosphere usually but not today, well Only one greeting would be more than enough for me I suppose, was feeling lonely until my mom called me.

Mom "Hello y/n? Happy bday dear "

y/n "Thanks Mom"

Mom "How is college are you having fun with your friends"

y/n " yea my friends surprised me at night, haha they are too much" (I lied lol I don't want my mother to know that such a loner I am..)

Mom " ok now I am transferring the call to your uncle "

y/n "Which uncle ???"

uncle "Oh hello y/n Happy bday your mom told me you are a doctor now"

y/n " I am no-"

uncle "You are now getting older, my son is an engineer you know he is very respected"

y/n "Ah oh wow "

Uncle "So when should I get you married "

y/n " WHAT??"

uncle " ok kid I am transferring the call to your uncle"

Another uncle "Happy bday child, oh you were so young it is like just yesterday I was changing your diapers"

y/n "Oh yea haha time flies right"

Another uncle " So you are a doctor now?"

y/n " I am no-"

Another uncle " You know my knees they hurt a lot, do I have arthritis "

Another uncle " but Google said so? anyways I am transferring the call"

Mom " ok y/n have fun don't drink or anything ok?"

y/n "Sure Mom and stop telling people I am a doctor!! "

Mom " You will soon be right? anyways goodbye"

Nayeon isn't home yet, she went to a class slumber party to which I wasn't invited, well she must be having a hangover right now, I guess I should make some green tea for her, She would be whining like a baby when she gets home, I chuckled all by myself.

*call rings*

y/n "Hello?"

Nayeon "Hey y/n I won't be home till night so don't wait for me ok? goodbye"

Wow, well seems like this birthday is going to be a lonely one, well at least I can bake myself a cake, a chocolate cake I suppose, Well this is looking tasty though, I will eat it all by myself, but the cake is a little too big for me alone. well, I am trying my best to not feel lonely.....but it's getting tough

*bell rings*

I received the door and for the first time, I felt a little happy seeing sana and Mina both at my door.

they both came with gifts, bouquets and a cake, Sana hugged me and wished me, and Mina aswell wished me in a low tone, she seem to be a little shy. I have never felt so glad being around them, I had no one else so I just invited them in
