* ˚ ✦"𝕳𝖒? Is there a problem, Shu?" The confused h/c-haired girl said, looking at the boy whose face was as red as the famous enchantress's staff
Then it hit her.
"Wait- Shu you're blushing!"
"No! I'm not...!" the young sorcerer cleared his throat but before he could say anything else, Y/n pitched both sides of his cheeks, "Aww you're as red as Scarle's staff!"
"S-Stop teasing me..." Said Shu as he reached for the plate of cookies on the coffee table and stuffed it in Y/n's mouth.
The girl pouted, removing the cookie and devouring it. If Luna or her parents were here, they would say that her actions are 'unladylike' and would lecture her. It was suffocating for her to always act like a last and practice perfect etiquette, but now that she's with Shu, she can relax a bit.
"Jeez, you're probably cursing at me in there, aren't you?" The young sorcerer flicked her head, making the H/c-haired girl snap out of her thoughts.

Yes, Shu's mother may be outside but that doesn't mean that his sister went along with her.
"Shu? What's that noise all about- Oh, I didn't know we had visitors... I'm Sue." A female version of Shu emerged behind the couch. Surprised by her sudden appearance, Y/n almost fell from her seat. Luckily, Shu managed to grab her hand, preventing her from hurting herself.
Y/n thanked the young sorcerer who was still holding her hand, not letting go. Sue who saw this, eyed her brother and teasing spoke, "Oh I see...~"
Shu understood what she meant and let go of Y/n's hand instantly. "I-It's not like that!" Unfortunately, once Sue delulu, she can't and won't undelulu.
"My name's Y/n, nice to meet you, Sue!" Y/n spoke up once she felt the tension between the two siblings.
Sue simply smiled at her and went back into her room.
"Sorry about her..."
"Oh no it's fine... She's adorable by the way,"
"Stop hitting on my sister."
"THAT'S NOT WHAT I MEANT-"
- An hour passed, and Y/n was having the best time of her life while Luna had just cast a search party for her. Not wanting to be punished by The king and queen, but also not wanting to lose someone again.
Luna rode her horse inwards the forest, the wind blowing into her face as the fear of Y/n being kidnapped by bandits flooded her mind. Gosh, she hated that feeling.
The horse stopped in front of a house in the middle of the forest. "What was it doing here?" Luna asked herself as she got down her horse to inspect it.
It was a standard village house with plants grown outside of it, and a small garden sat in the front yard. Luna knocked on the house door, waiting for whoever was in there to reply.

"Who's that?" Y/n asked, head jerking towards the front door. Shu stood up from the couch and proceeded to open the door.
"Can I help you...?" Shu asked the woman dressed in what seemed like a nanny's outfit to him. The woman scanned the young sorcerer from head to toe, "Pardon my intrusion, but have you seen a young girl, about this tall, wearing fancy outdoor clothing." She placed her hand beside her shoulder, indicating the height of the missing girl.
as soon as the woman spoke, Y/n knew who it was and hid behind the couch.
"N-No? Sorry, I haven't seen her."
Shu was a bad liar.
even an idiot could figure that out.

The two stood there in silence as Y/n tried not to make a sound, one wrong move and she would never be able to adventure the world, allowing her parents to make her queen, and then her worst nightmare would come true.
The thought of it made her tremble with fear which made her lose her balance and-
well, you already know what happened next...
Luna shoved Shu aside, not giving him a chance to say anything. "My Lady." The maid said sternly as she appeared behind her.
"Hey....Luna... what are you doing here.." Y/n dragged her words. Luna picked her up by the collar, making her look like a cat that was misbehaving. The older lady walked out the door, not turning back to look at the dumbfounded sorcerer.
"I'll see you soon, Shu!" Y/n shouted while being carried away from the cottage.
"soon..." Shu thought to himself, that the fact that he was getting comfortable around her was depressing for the later events.
Oh well, the chapter is getting too long anyway... ( not to mention I'm spending 4-3 months on this chapter) this is insane.
