Since their almost kiss, Sunhee as been feeling shy about texting him. It has past 3 days and it's only Dk trying to reach her. He texted her sometimes but she didn't know what to say.
She wanted him to kiss her but when Vernon entered she felt relieved. Sunhee could feel her heart beating fast, like really fast, when she saw him getting closer and closer.
Before this situation of her mom, Sunhee never had a boyfriend but had some intimate friends. Her heart couldn't feel a deep connection with them, she liked them but not loved them so everytime one of them asked her out she would just reject them on the spot.
She was lying on her bed, trying to find the strength to get up but it was hard. Her phone started to rang and she almost choked when she saw who was it.
"Good morning"
"Hey, did I wake you?" Dk asked her
"No, I was just here laying down"
"So I think you'll say no, but remember that competition we talked about?"
"Hmm the cooking one? The one I don't need because I know I'm the best?" She finally smiled
"That's the one. Last night we might gotten a little bit drunk and I talked about that... the boys want you here for the competition"
"Big mouth...I don't know Dk"
"Last time you called me Dokyeom... I liked it"
She was silent for a bit "when ?"
"Thank you, they won't shut up about it. I don't know, 5?"
"Ok, I'm starting to think I was lied to"
"Why? I never lied to you"
"That idols are busy....you have too much time" she said making him laugh which made her smile
"See you later"

"So you're telling me you're gonna go to seventeen home and you didn't even thought of inviting me?!" Geonwoo said finishing his drink
"He invited her you stupid. And you promised me you helps build my new dresser" Gyuri slapped his head
"Sorry, I'll help you" he wrapped an arm around her "just ask Vernon to sign this for me"
"Aish ok, I'll ask him" Sunhee said rolling her eyes
Dk has sent her the address little after she left Gyuri and Geonwoo.
She took the car and went there feeling a little nervous about being around Dk after that almost kiss.
She rang on the bell and right after a girl opened the door.
"Hey, Sunhee come in. They're already in the kitchen" Areum was the one who open the door with Eunjae sleeping in her arms " I'll be there in a bit, I need to put her in bed"
Sunhee was nervous as she didn't know where the kitchen is but fortunately Dk appeared.
"I see you met Areum" he said
"She went to put the baby in bed. Why do you have sugar on your face?" She asks while helping him take off the sugar
"Oh Mingyu is excited about the competition and ask me for help"
"You're a sunnie, you should help me " she pouted
"You look too cute when you're sulking" his words made her blush "come on, I'll help you now" he grabbed her hand and took her to the kitchen
"Hello" she greeted them as she walks in
Mingyu was tying his hair, the rest of the members were just sat ready for the show.
"Ready to lose?" Mingyu asked her puting an apron
"Please" Sunhee laughed "stick with the idol thing and leave the cooking to me"
"Just please don't use milk, my baby doesn't like that" Hana said placing a hand on her belly
"Dk, your girl needs an apron!" Hoshi called him out
"I'll go get one" he said leaving them
"Are we just letting go the fact that neither of them denied?" Jun whispered at Scoups who just shrugged
"Here" he stick out his hand but seeing Sunhee tying her hair as well he helped her with that. While he was putting the apron, Sunhee could see the surprised look at seventeen faces
"We lost him" Joshua said smiling
"What? I'm right here" Dk side eyed him "you're done"
"Dk don't flirt with the enemy" Mingyu grabbed him
"He's cheering for me" Sunhee said sticking her tongue
"YOU ARE?" Mingyu turn to his friend
"I am, now start cooking"
The both of them started their dishes while the other were goofing around.
Sunhee noticed that they were doing karaoke, and right after she noticed Dk was singing. She started to humm while cooking.
After 40 minutes, they were both done.
"Taste please"she said putting both dishes on the table without saying who did who
"Who likes the blue plate raise your hand" Scoups, Joshua and Wonwoo raise their hand and immediately Sunhee started to smile
"I won" she said
"Girl that it's a problem, this is now my favorite. Even the baby moved" Hana said
"And you didn't told us?!" Jeonghan spoke quickly putting a hand on her belly "nothing.... Sunhee make some more please"
"Guys, she's not your chef. Let her rest" Dk said untying the bow of her apron
"You just want her for yourself" Minghao told
"Maybe" Dk murmured make sure novody heard him but Sunhee hears almost choking on air
