- NAILEAS POV -

IT WAS MONDAY , I had broken up with Ethan 3 days ago. I got over it yesterday , but still broke down and cried about the whole situation . I was still in shock that Devi would do something like this to me , we were bestfriends since kindergarten. I got dressed into something that would make me look hot , to show Ethan what he was missing out on :

I curled my hair and did my makeup , and quickly packed my bag. I made myself some toast , and told my parents Im off to school. I got into my car and drove to school.

My plan today was to ignore and avoid any type of contact and communication with Ethan and Devi. I still had friends to hang around with , as Fab , El and Aneesa were on my side. I walked into school and got to the sofas to see Aneesa and El there.

" Hey guys ! How are we doing ? " I ask , smile on my face.

" Good , what about you ? We heard about the breakup.. " said Aneesa.

" Im fine , he doesnt even deserve me anyways. " I reply , shaking it off.

" I love your outfit today ! " said Eleanor , " Your boobs look good in that shirt ! "

" Thanks El , I love your makeup today ! , " I said , returning the compliment , " Bright as always "

I noticed Ethan in the corner of the room at the tables , staring at me.

Just then , the bell rang , which meant we had to go to our lockers and get to first lesson. " See you at break gals ! " I said , and left for my locker. I opened it up and took out my textbooks. Just as I closed my locker , I saw Ethan leaning on the locker next to mine.

" Hey , " he said . I didnt reply , instead I walked off. He grabbed me by the shoulder , and turned me around . " So your ignoring me now , huh ? " He said to me.

" Yes I am , and why do you care? Dont you have another girl to be kissing with because obviously one isnt enough for you. " I said , and turned back around , walking off to my first lesson.

- ETHANS POV -

I just talked to Nailea for the first time after our breakup. I really did miss her, if only she actually knew what happened. I went to my first lesson , which was history. I realised that she was in my first lesson, and she sat 2 desks infront of me. I make my way in  , and sit down. I notice she was already there , writing stuff down in her notebooks. I just sat there , and created a note that read :

meet me at the janitors closet at break, dont be late.

I folded it into a paper airplane and threw it in her direction. It hit her leg , and I saw she picked it up and read it. She turned around and flipped me off , and carried on working. Gosh , I thought , she was hard to please.

- NAILEAS POV -

I read the note , and flipped Ethan off . No way am I forgiving him after messing up so fast. I continued working in my book.

TIME SKIP - AFTER SCHOOL

I got back home from school , and started on my homework. I lay on my bed , eating some chips my mom brought for me , and texted my friends.
It was a cold , rainy evening tonight. Suddenly , someone knocks on my window, opens it and comes in.

" Hey , " said the voice. Of course , It was Ethan.

" What do you want now ? " I ask him , an annoyed tone in my voice.

" I want my skateboard back , " he said.

" No sweetheart , your not getting it back  , " I said.

" Look Nailea , I get why your pissed at me , but I didnt do anything wrong . " He said.

" You think you didnt do anything wrong ? Then tell me why the fuck you were kissing my best friend at the party ? Just take your skateboard and leave. " I shouted at him , shoving the skateboard into his arms.

- ETHAN'S POV-

I didnt like to see Nai angry. I guess she just wanted some time and I accepted that. I got the skateboard and left.
