Chatting

This chapter will be about chatting. If you want people to take you seriously, you need to know how the chat works.

When you are chatting in roleplay, you should use quotation marks. Here are some examples of what quotation marks would look like.

" Would you join me on hunting patrol?"
' ' Would you join me on hunting patrol? ' '

There are many more ways to show that your character is chatting, but those are the main ones i use.

When you are explaining something your character is doing, you should always use some kind of symbol to show it. I don't recommend using the star, as it is overused and doesn't look very pretty. Here are some examples.

|.• The large tom would raise his head to watch the clouds .•|
+ The large tom would raise his head to watch the clouds +
|+| The large tom would raise his head to watch the clouds |+|

Obviously those are just a few, but feel free to use them how you like.

When you are chatting OUT OF ROLEPLAY, always remember to use the slashes. For example:

Is your oc a she or a he?//
