My mum slowly pushes me towards the school and suddenly pauses at the front gate.
“...This is where your school is.”
She walks in front of me and kneels down putting her hands on mine. “I’ll wait for you out here when you're done alright?” I blink. She smiles and kisses me on the forehead.“Hello! You're Ms. De Bouche?” My mom nods her head. “So this must be your son then?”
“Uhm–yes he is.”
“I’m going to be the one taking care of him–my name is Eliza.”
My mom nods her head then looks at me.
“I’ll see you later, dove.”
She waves goodbye to me and Eliza walks behind me. He pushes my wheelchair towards the school while pointing to places outside of the school.
In my head I sigh–
how long until I can go back home?
