Jack first speaks
So we were all surprised. Not only did he not die,
Annike: "Actually, he did die but then come back."
Yes, Ms. Accurate. Not only did he die and come back, but it was as a lion. A lion. We were almost too scared to approach him. He helped us calm down and told us to come with him. We followed him to a cliff and he stood on the edge and looked at us. He then told me to reach out my hands. At first I thought he was going to bite my hands off. But instead he breathes on them and a large book with the words, "BIBLE" written on them. And then he turned to my sister and told her something about teaching.
Annike explains
He said, "Sometimes we should not teach. For those who teach will be judged the most." So he's kind of saying, "Be careful with how you preach because it will affect the lives of others".
And so with that he told us we know have what we need. We are not alone. There is a spirit with us and will be there to guide us. We just have to trust and obey. And then in a bright light, he disappeared into the sunset.
Jack then intercedes
I looked down at the book. It was a big one. I thought, "Oh boy. This will be a lot to read."
Annike: "Don't worry brother. I will be there to give you context of history and culture to explain a few things."
Right. And so that is pretty much it. We have a lot to tell others.
Annike picks up her harp once more
Let me finish with a song
There was a new world
A new place
A new race
A new foe
And when it all seemed like nothing could change at all
Yeshua Jireh then came along
He was a preacher and a healer
Yeshua shalom
The one of peace he is
He is Yeshua, the one that heareth you
Lamb of heaven
Come be with us
Lion of Earth
Stand right by us
Lamb of heaven
Comb be near us
He is Yeshua, the one that heareth you
He had cometh
he had healeth
He had teacheth
The kingdom cometh
The one was sent to us
And what to come of it
He is Yeshua, the one that heareth you
Lamb of heaven
Come be with us
Lion of Earth
Stand right by us
Lamb of heaven
Comb be near us
He is Yeshua, the one that heareth you
Though darkness d'vour him
He shall not stayeth
Grave never kept him
Hell never claimed him
He rose again today
And now in vict'ry he roareth
He is Yeshua, the one that heareth you
Lamb of heaven
Come be with us
Lion of Earth
Stand right by us
Lamb of heaven
Comb be near us
He is Yeshua, the one that heareth you
He is Yeshua, the one that heareth you
He is Yeshua, the one that heareth you
They stop talking.
You walk right passed them, after thanking them for their story of course. As you are going, you laugh to yourself. The dead rising? A lamb from heaven becoming a lion? All of this? C'mon. Really? But as you are walking through the street, you turn because you could have sworn you heard a lion's roar.
