Shin woke up to the sound of birds trilling and the soft yellow glow of sunrise pouring in through the window. It was quiet. Only the whir of the air conditioner filled the room. It didn't matter how peaceful the morning was; he wouldn't be able to fall back asleep. Watching the one he loved sleeping soundly beside him set him at ease and happy. Nothing was even better than to see the one he loved right after he opened his eyes.

He caressed his lover's face with his eyes, lost himself in the symmetry of Sean's features. He brought his hand to Sean's cheek, caressing it gently using his thumb. Soft snores could be heard as his lips were slightly parted. To Shin, he was more beautiful than anything he ever seen. In another instant, his hand moved up and started caressing Sean's hair. "So smooth..." He chuckled to himself. He put his arms around him and pulled Sean closer to him, giving a soft kiss on his head and inhaling his lover's fragrance.

It was then Sean's eyes fluttered open drowsily as he awoke. "...Hubby-kun?" His voice was hoarse and sounded sexy in Shin's ears.

Shin broke free of the hug and looked at him with a gorgeous smile touching the corners of his mouth, "Good morning, baby." He saw Shin looking at him and smiled back, revealing his white, perfect teeth. "Good morning, hubby-kun..." He uttered, blushing slightly to the smile Shin had just given to him.

Sean scooted closer to Shin and gently lay his arm across his side and rested his hand on his back. He couldn't help but to smile at him. He loved waking up to Shin's handsome face each morning. He loved going to sleep beside him every night and waking up beside him every morning. He giggled mentally at how handsome he looked as he cuddled up to Shin. He swore he could feel the warmth of Shin's body and feel Shin's wonderful heartbeat as he lay snuggled next to him.

Shin chuckled, feeling slightly amused to the cuteness his lover had just involuntarily shown to him. Sean was adorable and cute. "How'd you sleep, baby?" He asked warmly as he kissed Sean's head one more time.

"It was good..." Pink shades appeared on his cheeks. "Because I was sleeping next to you." He smiled adorably, looking up to Shin's face. Their eyes met.

"Aw, gosh. Thanks." He lightly kissed Sean's forehead. "Why is that?"

"Because..." He gave an uncertain look, whether to tell his lover or not.

"Because?"

"It's comfy."

"Comfy? Why?" Shin raised his left eyebrow, asking in a teasing manner.

"Because you would hold me in your arms, your body against mine, feeling your warmth, your comfort, your breathing and also your heartbeat. Just feeling you lying there beside me is just heavenly to me. I couldn't be any happier or comfier. And also it's because I love you and I love being with you all the time..." Sean answered honestly as he blushed profusely.

"Aw, babe. You're so sweet." Shin blushed slightly and smiled in sheer happiness. He put his hands on both sides of Sean's head and leaned his forehead in until it touched Sean's. Shin looked at his love into his eyes, with tremendous love, and said, "I feel the same way too, you know?" He gave a peck on Sean's lips, causing Sean to blush more.
