I don't know how I woke up from my sleep. I had a feeling that something isn't right. The first think atht came into my mind was .. Yn. My love.
I quickly got up from the bed and ran to her room. . . I came to her room and went near her bed, she was covering herself with the duvet cover. I sat on the bed beside her. She was shivering very badly.
I touched her forehead, it was burning , it's hot as fire.
I quickly turned off the Air conditioner, took a piece of cloth , dip it in the water, and put in on her forehead. She was still shivering, while hugging the blanket tightly.
I went under the blanket and lay down beside her. I hugged her tightly. I made her bury her face in my chest. My heart beat was getting faster.
I am having so much pain to see her in pain.
I patted her head while rubbing her back. But I need to go before she wake up and see me. Coz I really don't want to make her upset on her birthday.
I kissed her forehead and went to sleep.

I got up and sat on the bed while rubbing my eyes. I looked around the room And saw red balloons around me. I smiled and picked one in my hand.
It also had a letter, it says:-
