KARUBE (mid-20s, rugged) and CHOTA (early 20s, nerdy) stand side by side, staring at a massive screen displaying the Alice in Borderland game logo. They wear bewildered expressions, realizing they are no longer dead.
KARUBE (looking around) Where... where are we?
CHOTA (confused) I... I don't know. But I thought we died in Borderland.
Suddenly, the room's door creaks open, revealing a mysterious figure
HATTER (30s, enigmatic) wearing a white suit and a top hat. He smiles cunningly.
HATTER (laughs) Welcome, Karube and Chota, to the Resurrection Games!
KARUBE (angry) What the hell is going on? Who are you?
HATTER I'm the one who brought you back to life. You see, I have a proposition for you.
Borderland is in chaos, and it needs its heroes once again.
CHOTA (skeptical) Heroes? We're just ordinary people.
HATTER (smiling) Ah, but you proved your worth in the previous games. I've observed your bravery and cunning. Now, I offer you a chance to save Borderland and the lives of its residents.
Karube and Chota exchange glances, contemplating their options.
KARUBE (resolute) Fine. We're in. But what do we have to do?
HATTER (grinning) I'm glad you asked. I've created a new set of challenges, specifically tailored to your unique abilities. You'll face formidable adversaries, solve mind-bending puzzles, and navigate treacherous labyrinths.
CHOTA (nervously) And if we refuse?
HATTER (slyly) Then you can enjoy the rest of your lives in this dark room, with no chance of returning to the real world.
Karube and Chota exchange determined looks.
KARUBE: We'll do it. But only if you promise to bring back the other players who sacrificed themselves.
Hatter's smile widens. HATTER Agreed. Your friends will have another shot at life if you succeed.
INT. RESURRECTION GAMES ARENA - DAY
Karube and Chota find themselves standing in a vast, open-air arena. The crowd roars with anticipation as they gaze at the immense challenges that lie before them.
KARUBE (grinning) Alright, Chota, let's show them what we're made of.
CHOTA (nervously) Right behind you, Karube. Let's do this.
