Ice cream time

We all sit at the dinner table together. The only sound to be heard was that of the utensils hitting the plates.

"So Eliana are you excited!" Patricia said trying to cut through the silence like a butter knife.

"Very." I smiled picking up my glass of wine

"You know so am I. I for one am happy my brother found someone." Kayla chimed I'm with a sweet little smirk that I wanted to knock off.

"I mean do you know anything about this woman Dean. I heard you haven't been together long."

I felt Dean grab my hand under the table.

"I know everything about her." He said in a matter of fact tone.

"Oh that's right you know her daddy was in the mafia as well but is that all you know..."

I had to keep my calm.

"I mean are you sure she's not just playing you to get into the family and kill us all."

I stood up fast with my whole body wanting to scream. I saw Gunner stand up though and he got next to me.

"Maybe we should go for a walk?"

"I am this family bitch." I bit back looking at her sit there like she owns this place.

"I've been here I have loved Dean more than myself and I have loved every in this room like they were my family because I'm sure as you know from whatever background check you did on me my whole family is dead. They took me in when I had nothing and have dealt with me and my crazy and I can almost guarantee if you keep this little act up with me they will see me lose it on you."

Her mouth hung open as she looked at me not believing what I had just said.

"Dean Logan are you going to let her just threaten me like that?"

I turned to Logan who had a content look on his face. He nodded his head "yep"

We all looked to Dean who had a smile on his face as he looked at me up and down.

"Sorry my wife's hot when she mad but yes I fucking am." He said without looking away from me and I felt something pick up in me when he called me that.

His eyes left mine and the smile was gone as he looked at his so called sister.

"She's more apart of this family than you. Hell we don't even know if you are this family so I would advise you watch who you are talking to like that because I will just so happily let my wife take care of this." He sat back but grabbed me by the butt and pulled me to sit down on his lap trying to calm me.

"Fine." She stood up throwing her napkin down on the table.

"Once that doctor gets back you will see how I'm right." She walked off leaving us all in the room together.

"I'm ready for ice cream I'm sure Sage is!" Gunner quickly rushed to grab the baby to get out of the room and we all watched as she laughed as she was taken away.
