Supposedly charming

Suspicious activity under an oblivious nose

The first thing you notice when you wake up is something wet pushing against your cheek. Second thing you notice is the sand underneath you. And third you notice you can't move your cheek fins. You have ears instead. And one of them has an extra fin piercer. Your tails fin piercer must've been brought up there somehow.

Oh...oh no...you probably should've remembered you have family who would destroy anything to find you...shit- You're never going to succeed are you. You got stupid because of a dumb crush on a human and now-

You open your eyes when something licks you and you let out an inaudible shriek. You shoot up and see the furry creature there with its tongue sticking out. You stare in fear before backing away. 

You don't know what this is, and what it does, but you aren't taking any chances.

It takes a few steps forward and you tense up. You grip onto a rock and pull yourself up on wobbly legs and of course, burning feet. The creature pants before jumping up and you let out another inaudible shriek before climbing up onto the rock, using the strength you have in your arms. You aren't used to legs, but you are used to arms.

You curl up in fear, keeping your feet off of the rock. The creature is very fluffy, and kind of reminds you of otters but dry, but once again, you don't know if it's dangerous or not. No matter how cute it looks, you aren't going to touch it until you know if you should.

'Max! Where are you bud!!'

The creature barks before running over to...the prince...

It then runs back to the rock you are on, bringing his attention to you. A damp human turned mermaid who can't talk and most definetly shouldn't walk.

He tilts his head before slowly raising his hand and waving at you.

You awkwardly smile and wave back.

Maybe you do have a chance.

They watch from the distance with narrowed glares, directed at the prince of bastards. They bet he wouldn't even be loyal if you succeed. Hopefully you don't. 

They watch as you attempt to get off the rock, almost fall in the process, then get caught by him. 

Are they jealous? Yes. Will they deny it? No. They've known they can be very jealous beings, especially when other mers have flirted with one of the three. The three were already mated, and that should be clear by now. They also don't let go of things they are fond of easily.

The three let out growls before going back under the water.

The king and queen may have exiled them for what they wanted to do with the humans a few years ago, but that won't stop them. Their plan is all coming together and they will get a lovely thing in the end. They will make sure you end up theirs, no matter what.

Some human women soon came and helped you with your balance and you and the woman soon parted ways with the prince. You were brought into a room with a large...bowl? 

You stare in confusion as they take off your clothes before showing you into the bowl which is apparently full of water.

One woman starts to walk away with your clothes and you let out an inaudible gasp before grabbing the ribbon, sleeves, and cloak out of her grip.

She attempts to take them back, but you glare at her. Another woman starts to touch your hair and you instantly lean away, not wanting anything to do with whatever they are trying to do with you.
