Candy: Hi Dipper. so Mabel told me you have a date. who is it?
dipper frowns
Dipper: *sigh* you'll know when you see her.
Candy was easier to talk to than a lot of people. Plus apparently Mabel' sense to tell if someone is lying sorta worn off her and went on Candy.
Candy: you don't have a date, do you.
Dipper: *sigh* no. I just told Mabel that so she wouldn't bother me about it.
Candy: Why do you even try? What will Mabel do to you if you don't get a date? Why don't you just stay home? Like what I'm doing. I'm staying home in friday.
Dipper: no date, huh?
Candy: no.
Dipper: I don't understand why dates matter so much.
Candy: me neither. we should be able to go to dance with friends not just dates. It isn't fair for those who don't even have a shot.
They frown. They start walking towards the school bus, with Mabel and Grenda following behind them.
Then end who comes last is surprising. It's Pacifica.
