CHAPTER ONE olivias pov
its freshman year and i got into uconn through scholarship. you see in high school i was the best player on my volleyball team, in the whole school actually. senior year i worked my ass off to get this and i actually did it. i got a few offers from different schools, university of minnesota, university of iowa etc. right now i am moving into my dorm and my brother, mikey, is helping me. you see he "doesnt do college" because he doesnt want to do anymore work than he already has to but in my opinion its kind of refreshing. having your own area away from pestering family members, in my case all i have is mikey but we can get into that later.
"mikey get your ass over here and help me!!" i yelled at him and he just chuckled, watching me struggle with picking up boxes. id say im pretty strong but working out and then moving, very heavy might i add, boxes is not the best idea.
"yeah yeah im coming im coming" he smiles at me and takes the box from my arms and a feeling of relief washes over me and i collapse onto my bed. "get up liv, were not done."
"no! it's exhausting" i say pouting and he looks at me and looks me up and down "get up you fatass" hed say with sass and sarcasm with his hand on his hip. i know hes joking because we joke like that all the time
"youre one to talk.." i mumble under my breath but loud enough for him to hear and he just rolls his eyes
mikey finally finishes moving the boxes on his own and i grab my car keys to drive him home
...
when we get home mikey makes me take pictures of him to post on instagram
