"Thanks for helping gus!"Camila said from upstairs. Hunter and I were downstairs, I was doing my journal and he was working on a new shirt with the sewing contraption, it's definitely something that won't be in the boiling isles.

"Anytime. Good night! Whoo! We've got a big day ahead of us, so I'm gonna buenas this noche." Gus said, coming downstairs and jumping onto the couch. "Hey gus" i said throwing a new book i found in a box in the closet.

"Thanks y/n" he said immediately, getting comfy in bed and opening the book. "Ow!" Hunter said, getting his finger trapped in the sewing machine. "You okay babe?" I ask, setting my pen down. "You good? That sounded painful." Gus said. "I've been training in the emperor's coven for as long as i can remember. I think I can handle a little- pain!" he said. I stood up and grabbed a bandage and tape. "Ooh that went clean through" gus snickered.

"Here hunt camila thought me how to use these." i said, putting s bandage around his finger and then tapping it off. I give it a little peck to make it feel better. "Thanks y/n."he said with warm smile thatll make anyone drop dead within seconds. " Camila taught me how to use this sewing contraption. Even Darius's stitches have never been this neat. Oh, and look at what I made!" Hunter said, holding up a shirt he made himself. "What are those?'' I asked. " These are mystical beasts called wolves, and I love them." he said, hugging the ready-made shirt. He loved that shirt so much. I smiled at him and he gladly returned it. ""That looks great. You know, you've been smiling a lot more since we've been here." gus mentioned. Its true he has been loving the human realm.

"Its not like I don't want to return! I just need a way to pass the time I guess." he said. "No. it's good to see you happy" Gus said. "One of us might as well be" i replied. "What was it like training in the emperor's coven for so long?" gus asked hunter. "I trained a lot. I studied a lot. I wasn't really allowed to be around the other scouts. But weekends were nice. I got to leave the castle for missions. That's where I met y/n, the emperor took her in and we just fell in love, that was my favorite part of being in the emperor's coven."Hunter said, grabbing my hand and sat me down on his lap and I blushed. "Do you miss it?" gus asked. "I miss knowing who i'm supposed to be" Hunter said. "I miss my dad, '' Gus said, "well find a way back, we have to, '' Hunter said. "Oh, my Titan. That's a line from this book I found. Cosmic Frontier! It's a story that takes place in the stars." gus said pulling out a book, who would want to go to the stars. They seem really hot so I don't wanna touch them. " Why would anyone wanna go up there?" Hunter asked.

"I don't know. Humans like spreading their junk everywhere. But it's a story of people trying to get back home, like us." gus replied. "Uh huh" hunter said. "We got Captain Avery, Security Officer Quando, and a Chief Engineer O'Bailey who's hiding as a clone from the enemy planet." gus said. I swear hunters face went a bit pale. "What, uh, happens to him?" hunter asks.

"I guess you'll have to find out." Gus says opening the closet to get something. "I'll be right back" I say, jogging up the stairs.

I was on my way to the bathroom when I overheard luz talking to her mom. "Mom? Why aren't you mad at me?" Luz asked. " Oh, baby. Come here. I've been terrified, sure. But believe it or not, I do understand what it's like to want to run away."camila says, i let a tear slip and think back to my childhood memories, running away from home because my parents got abusive, my brother hated me more than he hates himself, I haven't seen him since they tried to kill me and dumped me in the woods, where hunter found me. "I'm so sorry," Luz said. "But the point is, you came home, and everything is okay now." Camila said. "But it's not. It's my fault everyone's trapped here. A-and I don't even know if King and Eda are okay. I wanted you to meet them so bad. But I keep messing up." Luz said. That wasn't true she didn't get us stuck here, we would've died without her.

"Hey, everyone makes mistakes. What matters is that you learn from them." Camila says. "Can I sleep here tonight?" Luz asks. And I left towards the bathroom. I changed and into a pair of track suit pants and a crop top. Washed my face and tied my hair up and left the bathroom. I walked downstairs to find Gus and Hunter asleep. I climb into the space on the air mattress Hunter left for me and cuddled into him. I lay a kiss on his shoulder "goodnight" I whispered and soon drifted off to sleep.
