The next day, Rosa appeared at school looking happy and carefree while K.J couldn't concentrate on anything, it occurred that his grudge was feeding off his focus and hearing Rosa's laugh increased his grudge all the more ,he couldn't believe the fact that she was happy after everything but he was drowning in anger,it made him wonder how a person could be so nonchalant, annoying and very immoral .
Ben noticing his friend lagging behind in every aspect of the day decided to ask, "what's wrong with you bro?, K.J trying to act normal asked what he meant,Ben said don't try and act cool with me you have been off all day, what's wrong? "nothing" K.J replied and walked away.
Later that day,it was rehearsal time and K.J wasn't discussing and socializing with his friends,it was a if he wasn't there at all,and he enjoyed it until Ben walked up to him again, K.J knowing what was on his friend's mind decided to be honest this time, then he said fine I'll talk, noticing the satisfaction on Ben's face he started I can't just believe Rosa he said,I mean I can't believe this kind of person exists,I know she's pretty right?said Ben staring at Rosa with admiration on his face, K.J with shock and disbelief looked at Ben and said what are talking about, I'm angry she hasn't apologized that's why I'm down I feel pain everytime I see her or hear her voice, it just ricks me out bro,Ben understanding his friend told him to let it go, because knowing Rosa's background and her history there's no way she's gonna apologize then K.J said she must to me and I'll make sure I'll get that apology no matter what it takes.
They both became silent for sometime until K.J remembered his friend calling Rosa pretty,then he exclaimed and asked wait! you called Rosa pretty, does that mean you have a crush on her?
