"You must be Regan," A voice said.
I turned around and nodded.
"I'm Hector, you'll be racing Dom here in a minute."
I nodded.
"He's over there if you want to meet him."
I walked toward the man Hector pointed out. The man turned, making me realize just how much taller he was than me.
"You Regan?" He asked.
I nodded, staying quiet.
"I'm Dom Toretto."
"N-nice to meet you."
Dom smiled.
"Get to it, the race is starting!" Hector called.
I got to my car and gripped the steering wheel hard. I had no chance at beating this guy. Dom had this in the bag with my dust attached to it. I looked over to see a group of people close to Dom's car.
"You'll do fine, just be safe, ok?"
"I will be," Dom replied.
He and the woman talking to him hugged before she and the group moved behind the racing lines.
"On your mark, get set, GO!" Hector yelled.
